This picks up where I left off, keep reading until you have had your fill. We're almost done.
Do you think he probably has one, two or even three friends close by? Let's see, shall we?
Only a few hehe. Another thing I never understand is, if I suck so much, why do they always need 5-10 people just to try and kill me? I mean I love solo hunting. I have no problem roaming about for kills all by my lonesome. But they give it a go anyways, even though it's completely futile.
I was able to tank them all long enough to dock easily. This is what I mean by no tactics. Bait, blob and camp. All obvious, all in plain sight. People think I don't lose a lot of ships because I pick shitty targets. When it's actually because I engage when I have a chance to score a kill that befits anything I am about to lose. Add to the fact that most people have no clue how to run a fight in Empire or properly hunt in Empire, it's easy to avoid losses.
The ILOE ceo get's tired of dying and risking his life, so he jumps corp after he puts in a placeholder.
Real tough guy. When the going gets tough, the tough get jumping! So we keep the pressure on them and people start scattering a bit. Some people run to an out of the way system and grind serious ISK....
Hells yeah! Ratting in a .7 system with a Drake! Kickfuckinass! Wanna laugh some more? Look at his ship name....
Don't hide, grow balls. Let's put that ship name to the test!
Stabbed no less. Notice in the pic, he changed his ship name after I poked fun at him? Silly man indeed.
It seems a lot of people know me or know of me. I am always getting challenged to 1vs1's and such. So one night some group of idiots tries to bait me. It's an obvious trap. His corpmates are in system waiting for me to take from their bait can. So I do it and use the aggro timer to my advantage. I time it right so I am only aggro to the Megathron, and I lure him off station. I hate fighting on the stations, since people love to redock. I do it myself on occasion of course, so I know people will go for the escape instead of taking the loss, it's only natural.
So once he was 30k or so off the station, I went for it.....
He lost and his mate sit and watch him die. Score one for the fun guys!
The war keeps continuing against the ND alliance and we are doing a bangup job if I say so myself. So I decide to post in CAOD on the Eve-O forums and stirred up a steaming cup o' drama!
It's a good read, we catch them making no sense, lying and just being retarded. We are keeping the pressure on and they mostly don't undock unless they have their whole crew with them, which, as always, happens to be way more than we have online at any given time. It's all good though. That's what I love about Empire wars. They really do require a fair measure of patience and a bit of know how.
We get a lot of short-timers in TRAPS because of this. They think Empire wars are so easy, and people are lining up to die with barrels of faction loots all over the place. It's just not so. People think we will hold their hands and lead them to the targets all the time, and it's not the case. One of the requirements of this corp is to be completely self-sufficient. So if you can't be a lone wolf, if you can't run locates, if you don't understand the nuances of this type of conflict, then you will not last long here.
We take pride in our patience and it often pays off. Let me give you an example. One night we hear that a war target is active. So I send an alt to spy on them. I shit my pants when I see him undock in a Fenrir. I follow him and he goes to a POS. He is dismantling the POS! With no support!!! WTF!! LOL!!! MORECAPSWITHEXCLAMATIONPOINTS!!!!! So he proceed to offline mods. Each one takes forever and a day to unanchor and scoop up. He has to make several trips to do it. We bide our time until the shields come down.
Guess what happens?
Oh YEAH!
Now keep in mind, we offered them a 250mil surrender fee and asked them to boot Adenallen the CNR pilot who was the original corp jumper we were following. I love stubborn people. While we can't always score a surrender fee, I can guarantee we will inflict 10x worth of damage than what the original asking fee was.
As is customary with these types of corps/alliances, no one has any clue about anything. The "diplomats" never fill the rest of the corp in on the surrender offer it seems. They don't explain why there is a war. They pretty much don't do shit except yell at each other and make fun of each other for dying. This guy was super pissed off. Somehow the shields went back up on the POS and we weren't able to kill it before reinforcements arrived. We tried at least. :)
Lets see how pissed and uninformed he was....
He convos me a few days later and explains how I didn't kill his freighter....huh?
Even his alliance makes fun on him on their wanna be blog site. Gotta be good to be in an alliance with such supportive folks. Though he was a complete moron for doing that during a war with zero support, no alt scouts or any idea of what was going on, I am sure them making fun of him didn't help him out much either.
I also love his comment of how he wants to know how I work. I get this a lot. It's a charade of sorts. They play the role of curious when actually it's a thinly veiled attempt to probe me for anything they can use against me. As if I am going to say, "I do this because my corp sucks and we can't fight anyone who can pvp back." That's the answer they're looking for, which is stupid because it would mean they just got a severe beating by someone who admits they suck.
The fun thing with Eve is that you can not only attack the ships of the enemy, you can also attack their minds. There was one guy who always seemed to manage to escape whenever we probed their missions out. Everyone always died but this guy. A few comments here and there and eventually he was out of corp. I really wanted to kill him so I told him we would dec his next corp and he explained why he "left" corp.
2009.02.12 02:28
the reason i left because they thought i was a traps spy which is really retarded
Of course after the war ended they gladly accepted him back into the corp. Little do they realize what a mistake that is. :)
After a while they all ceased to undock, and all bunched up out in Torrinos. We made Empire way too hard for them so they dec'd IRON or something and sat and blobbed people in EC. Lord knows that takes skill. So we let the dec lapse but will revisit them in the future. This time we will have spies in corp so we can get extra laughs at their expense. :)
How about a blast from the past? Remember Beck Altarr? If not, I highly recommend you read this story! This guy is one of the most whacked out people I have ever encountered. He is stuck in his own little world and has the most warped sense of reality I have ever seen before.
So he convos me out of the blue...
So he is blaming me for GM's giving him a negative wallet balance. What an idiot. Believe me, I had a GM in my pocket I would have them work some magic on my wallet as opposed to someone elses I assure you. I am so glad I was the catalyst behind him and his family and friends quitting Eve and joining WoW.
The next corp we dec'd was called Gravediggers. A very apt name as they basically dug their own grave. Of course they couldn't handle what we were dishing their way so they jumped into yet another shitastic alliance called The Council. These guys were all over the place missioning, dying, logoffski'ing and doing all the usual quality playing you'd come to expect from an alliance with absolutely no recruitment standards without any goals or direction.
I mean these people are absolutely clueless. I was just heading out to Torrinos to see if I could kill some of them and stumbled across a Viator. He was stabbed and got away but check out his convo...
I love playing stupid with them. It just causes more confusion and annoys them even more most of the time. Still this alliance was all over the place and then once we started killing them they put out the word to meet in Torrinos because they were hiding with IRON alliance and camping the EC gate. Seems this is the "carebear camping gate" of Eve. Of course they claimed that us killing them had absolutely nothing to do with them relocating.
They tried to claim that at the time they were already dec'd by 6 other corps/alliances and it only made sense for them to relocate to hide in EC with their IRON pals. Some friends of ours dec'd them after we let our war lapse and our friends delivered a severe beat down on them as well. Our friends had alliance spies installed and were able to get lots of funny communiques from alliance mail. I posted my 2 ISK in the thread our friends created about how shitty their alliance was. Their alliance CEO Mograph said that TRAPS sucks and all that jazz, and of course, I have a extreme attention to detail and thoroughly enjoy debunking people's false claims, I posted PROOF that his sotry of "6 other decs made us relocate to EC, not TRAPS" was a complete lie.
I love that once the call went out to relocate to Torrinos, they heeded the command, but they all heeded it on autopilot. So they would arrive in Torrinos AFK and I would snag em on the gates with a shitload of their mates just sitting around doing nothing to stop the pillaging of their AFK haulers.
Even with all their CEO's bullshit, he never undocks when we're around. Hence his complete absence on our killboards in the win or loss columns. As I said, I have no problems running around solo hunting. I was slipping and sliding around some war targets when my spotter calls out a lone Rokh on a gate. So I get into position and give it the old college try!
ECM Rokh anyone? Seems like a pretty fail fit to me but at least he tried and didn't logoffski. I was able to get out before the blob showed up to hang me.
I caught another hauler, no stabs, resist rigs, and full of goodies for me. He thought he would be able to make it back to the gate before I am able to kill him.
Little does he know I am an expert in the subtle art of the bump. He was a real winner too. He would jump corp several times to avoid us. Why even bother joining then? I mean all corps/alliances go through tough times and if you're going to leave once it gets a bit heavy, stay the fuck out. I wouldn't let anyone back in if they pulled that shit. If you want some fun, dec his corp, he might even jump back into that shit alliance and you can get a few weeks of alliance war on the cheap.
If you get really lucky, you can score a 7bil loss like like this guy. Or maybe you will catch one of us in a faction fit Vindicator!
Here's a fine example of the competent players they recruit and you also get a peek to the failed promises these shitty ass alliances promise to people in order to get them to join. We were watching this guy do a mission in his Mega and we camped the gate for him. He had a mission fit and dropped easily. So take a look at his killmail here.
Notice it's all T1 except the cap rechargers? Check out the convo I had with him after he died.....
Gotta love when their names in no way whatsoever match their style of play. "Pewpew Power"? C'mon, at least be somewhat realistic. His corp bio states..

WE DONT AVE A GOAL WE JUST KILL SHIT

Seems like spelling isn't their strong point and neither is PvP. So you have a guy named Pewpew Power in a corp calling themselves raiders with a corp slogan of "WE DONT AVE A GOAL WE JUST KILL SHIT" and he can't even tell the difference between T1 and T2 mods and can't tell that he's still in corp and has no clue how we could kill him in space.
I enjoy that he was completely let down by his corp and alliance. I've had alts in alliances and corps who make all sorts of promises and they never even come close to delivering on any of them. It's all a sham to get you to join and then they fleece ya via corp tax or bullshit fees to be in the alliance.
We're such a great corp, even our war targets want to jump ship and join us. Especially after they read our stories here.
Then there's players who delude themselves into thinking they are actually good at PvP. There was one guy in a mission, he saw us warp into it, he ran out, docked, and quit corp. Now check out his new corp, his bio and title.
Why would you bother doing that? I am guessing because you think it might scare people. That is the only logical reason I could think of as to why you would put up such utter bullshit in your bio.
The corps jumping into alliances are getting out of control. We dec'd a 175 man corp. Yes, 175 people.
Lots of them online and active. Lot's of them all around TMP. Of course they had to jump into a crap alliance called Insane Asylum. Why are they crap? Well all the same reasons as the other shit alliances. You can see our campaign against them was more of the usual stuff. We win more than they do. We will definitely be visiting them again as well at some point.
Now I will move on to our most recent war. Every now and again you come across a group of people who are so far out of their minds, you can hardly believe the crap they do. One of my friends asked us to dec a corp that dec'd his. The corp we dec'd was Vengeance Ascendant. A small group of supposed PvP'er who like to grief other corps. They dec'd my friends industrial corp. Keep that in mind as the story plays itself out.
So we toss a dec their way and start killing them. Of course they don't fight willingly unless the odds are way in their favor or when their sister corp Vengeance Imperium is remote repping them. One night there were 4 of them in Chaven can baiting newbs. Guess what? Can baiting in a starter system is illegal and is a violation of the EULA.
Lord knows popping an Impairor with a Vexor is a lot of fun and requires a lot of skill. So once they have a Vexor, Rax, Myrm and Ishtar sitting around the station along with an alt in a remote rep Domi at the undock with them, I warp my Myrm about 100k off station. I don't mind dying but I don't even bother engaging when people hang on a station. Especially when I am outnumbered and have no decent chance of killing them. I prefer to engage in open space or at a gate when possible.
Instead of moseying over to me, they hug the dock radius which is very large in Chaven. They refused to leave it. So I sat there waiting and waiting and they would do nothing. Then one of them logs out. Unfortunately for them, there was still an aggro timer. Fortunately for me, I have a prober on hand at all times.
These guys suck pretty good for a PvP outfit. Of course their excuse is that they are younger pilots, which some are, some are as old as me. The other excuse is they are training in PvP and not professing to be the best at it. They were in for a harsh lesson though. There are repercussions in Eve. You dec someone you don't know, you might get more than you bargained for. Now at TRAPS, we welcome it. We relish it. These guys aren't so hardy. Foolhardy yes, hardy, no.
One night my alt is watching one of their guys can flipping. He gets caught by his target and I warp in and kill him. He immediately starts complaining. We would come to find out the smack is strong with these guys and their friends.
I could tell they were growing tired of it and it wasn't even into the war a week yet. Already people started jumping out of corp. Apparently they did a bit of searching on the intarweb and found my stories. They perused them and found my Eve Radio interview. They studied it and decided to make some notes about what was discussed and use them in game. As if it bothers me in the least. It just illustrates how weak, lame and desperate they are. Judging from their behavior, I am guessing they are 12-19 years old, mostly living with their parents and never been kissed by the opposite sex. Kissing anime characters on the web does not count btw.
They like to make fun of me, make fun of my stories, make fun of my children, make fun of my family, threaten my family, threaten to petition us for griefing, and just a whole shitload of smack talk. I would go afk and come back to pages of it. It's insane. If you come over to Penirgman, you will see it. If they are online, they are smacking in local constantly.
One of them was bragging in local how they had 3 wars going and no one wanted to fight. Which was quite amusing given the encounters I had with them, they all dock the second any of us go into the system. Or they logoffski when they're about to be caught. Keep in mind this is a guy from Vengeance Ascendant's sister corp, Vengeance Imperium. They decided to dec us one they were out of their alliance. Their other corp can't fight their own battles.
He claims they left the alliance because it wasn't a good fit. Word on the street is they were booted for asshattery. I totally believe that to be true given the depth of their smackage.
That's a truly shitty corp. They run around decing random people then get mad that they're getting owned so they cry for help to their friends. Vengeance Ascendant's CEO convo'd me to apparently negotiate a surrender. It was a ploy to "trick" me into admitting I plan on decing them permanently and decing any splinter corps they make.
Of course they claim being newbies is a viable excuse to war dec people and not suffer any consequences for their actions....
Emdin Tasoravich > most of my guys are noobs and just frustraited
Emdin Tasoravich > they are new to the game
Nexa Necis > cant be that new if they're flying faction CNR's :)
Gotta love those newbies flying 500mil worth of ships. He says if I drop the war, his friends corp VI will drop theirs against us. As if I give a shit about them.
Emdin Tasoravich > plus vi will end its war when this one ends i am sure
Emdin Tasoravich > they are just trying to help us out
Nexa Necis > well if they drop it were gonna redec them with a few of our friends too
Emdin Tasoravich > freinds huh do you fight wars on your own at all
Nexa Necis > after romas emails today, ima keep him decd for a long long time
Roma likes to lie and harass me. He likes to email me from alts and then block me. He likes to make comments about my family in game. All of them do. My family has no place in this game. So of course I will grief him as much as possible. I let them know Roma was bringing my family into the game and I thought it wasn't very nice.
Nexa Necis > he emailed me a bunch of stuff, insults etc
Nexa Necis > bringing up RL and my family and such
Breanna Bunch > i thought he was bullshitting when he mentiond that stuff
Here come's his coup de grace!
Nexa Necis > yep :)
Emdin Tasoravich > i mean why is it fun to try and ruin a game for someone else thats just heartless to me
Nexa Necis > because they decided to insult me personally and my family :)
Emdin Tasoravich > other than roma whos not in this corp anymore what does that have to do with us
Nexa Necis > again, you decd our friends, then your corp smacktalked, logoffski'd etc, so we're gonna keep the dec on
Nexa Necis > im not gonna explain it, cause you wont understand it
Nexa Necis > to each their own
Emdin Tasoravich > we didnt and i have already seen several lies and i have the chat logs i need for a pettition so you have fun now
Nexa Necis > rofl
Breanna Bunch > 0.o that was a tad abrupt
Nexa Necis > have fun petitioning :)
Breanna Bunch > *shrugs
Nexa Necis > now there will be no offer for isk surrender :)
So they keep bringing up my kids in game....
Sick people bringing up underaged children in a video game. Same guy was in a Sac, hugging the station naturally because he was outnumbered. So his emo rage gets the best of him and instead of shooting, he does the only thing he really knows how, smack....
2009.05.03 05:56
I cant believe you'd think I'd be that stupid to come to you. You dont even have the balls to jump in your superior fleet and force me to dock.
You really really are sad. I hope your corp isnt being held back by your indecisiveness. Really dude, learn how to be a CEO and grow some balls.
An Interested WT
He keeps it up....
2009.05.03 06:07
if you had balls you'd come to the emp station in an equivalent ship and fight me. I promise you i'll honor it. Now fucking do it or stop considering your corp a pvp corp
>:|
Allow me to translate. "Look, I would try and fight you if the odds were even. I am afraid to engage with uneven numbers, I will however smack talk you when you do not undock when it's 8vs 1. Now, I will fight you, provided you fly something I can beat. Also, we must fight at a station, this way, I can redock if it get's bad, and if needed my neutral friends can remote rep me long enough to kill you or redock and they will be able to safely redock as well. Currently I am in a well tanked Sac, which has mediocre DPS, so if you bring an Ishtar, you won't be able to beat my tank, nor will I be able to beat yours, so we can fight at the station and then I can smack talk you when you don't kill me. It wont matter that I didn't kill you, because I offered the challenge which means I am so super brave and you are a whimp."
It's barely two weeks into killing these two lame ass corps. Our friend Roma pulled his alt out of VA and starts the usual TRAPS hating corps. Unoriginal, it's been done plenty before. His names aren't even that funny tbh....
He keeps jumping into lame named corps....
Roma is a complete asshat. He names all his ships "Nexa=failsauce" or "TRAPS=epic fail". Even when he was retarded enough to uncloak his Falcon at point blank range instead of optimal and we popped it,he shouts in local...
Roma Jonson > traps = failsauce yet again
We're so failsauce huh? How about this for pure Grade A failure? He takes his alt who jumped ship and puts them in an Orca. He hops his character we are still at war with into a CNR and decides to run a mission. He puts his Orca alt into the 2nd room of the mission to salvage and loot, while his CNR is killing the 3rd room of the mission. I warp in with my Ishtar, warp 40au to the mission, go through the entry gate, fly 20k through the first room with no MWD since it's a deadspace, so I am going like 250ms max. Two minutes later I hit the 2nd room and his alt on the Orca is there tractoring wrecks, I go the 10k to the next gate, jump into the 3rd room and point his ass.
It takes him a minute to even realize that I have him scrammed. Talk about pure fail. So I pound on his CNR with the Ubervexor and call in the rest of the boys to enjoy the flames.
It's always fun to splash a faction CNR. Now I see why he is so butthurt. He's lost an Onyx, faction CNR and a Falcon to us. I love that they could have paid us 150mil ISK to surrender. The ISK as you know, is irrelevant to us.
I am completely happy getting no ISK as long as we impact what they do. I have no problem waiting for them to logoffski and kill them over and over....
Here's a cool looking screenie from that logoffski....
Today I was in Penirg and about to try to pick off one of them and I lost my Vexor cause I lagged and warped to a belt instead of my safespot. That put them into a smack talking frenzy. The thing that makes me laugh is they think I suck for losing a T1 Vexor to a Mega and a Tempest. They make fun of me for having multiple accounts. Obviously several of them do. At least I dont name mine all the same with a letter difference in the names. Of course they like to make fun of me in RL, which is odd. They focus on my ability to have kids, and seem quite focused on my genital functions.
You can see their smack talk from today here. It goes on and on even after I afk.
It's so typical too. They jump into their holding alliance because "they planned to do that all along". If they are so badass, just make it mutual. They wont. They're afraid. They can't handle war. They put the alliance mail out, "Please relocate to Penirg, we're gonna crush TRAPS!" and it's not going as well as they would like. They're AFKing in shuttles at gates, they're mining during a war, they're so slow their Crows get killed by a Tempest, and let's not forget running missions during a war, yet, according to them, TRAPS are the sucky ones. Go figure.
They've run the entire gambit of the carebear playbook. Corp jump, logoffski, smack talk, joining an alliance to avoid war, mission and mine during war, create false titles like "combat pilot" for the guy who only undocks in mining barges and dies, station hug, neutral remote support, and most of all being sore losers.
So far the only decent player in their corp is Yorku. Not sure why he's mixed up with them. According to one of my guys Yorku purposely undocked a Drake to fight his Domi and lost and was a good sport about it. A few days later we caught his Astarte and he lost it. No smack, no logoffski and a great sport once again. Hopefully he comes to his senses and joins a decent outfit. You can toss the rest of this crew into the same bin as Beck Altarr and Crimson Alliance. No character, no backbone, no nothing.
Once our war lapses with them, all their corp jumpers will run back to the main corps and they will go on in Eve accomplishing nothing. TRAPS will keep fighting despite the odds stacked against us, despite the costs, despite the losses and we will affect Eve in our own personal way. We have not made any changes in our play style. We have affected everyone elses play style. We have forced them to jump corps over and over, forced them out of the game, forced them to pay, forced them to die and forced them to bend under our will. We always get our pound of flesh. Always.
If you have an alt corp or a small corp that likes PvP, drop me a line in game. If you dec their splinter corps, I will glady foot the bill. :)
Until next time, have fun and be safe my friends. Thanks to all those people who send me Evemails about our stories here. I will try to write more and make them even better than before. Ander needs to get his stuff upgraded because it's taking me 1-3 minutes to post a pic in the stories which adds up to a long time when you got 70 pics you want to use. :)
Also, if you're looking to try out Empire wars and want to join one of the oldest corps doing it and doing it right, drop me a email in game. We are always looking for fun people from around the world to join us in making our mark on the Eve universe. Be sure to check out our recruitment post here.14 Comments
Excellent and well written as usual. Its been a long time since the last one but it was worth the wait.
Great Story Nexa. I especially love the portions about VA. I personally wanted to do a writeup about that war, because we had a blast killing them. But at this point, their Asshattery is already documented better than I could have.
I do however want to add a bit more about the brilliant and awesome Roma. One evening I was getting bored with playing cat and mouse with them, so I decided to go find a wormhole to camp. On my way through Amarr, I notice a massive REPO gang engaged on a gate. Asked em in a chat if they needed some assistance, but they were good. While I was watching, uncloaked sitting on the gate, I notice Roma on my overview. It took me a moment to react, because I was just chilling watching the REPO engagement.
I locked him, and melted him. Apparantly, it was a good idea for him to fit a mining Osprey during wartime.
http://oeco.eve-kill.net/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=3078651
Ha! We were tryin to kill Roma's CNR for a couple days. Thanks for nukin that one.
Good story Nexa. As always, can't wait for the next.
You forgot to mention that those Impairor wrecks next to my can weren't my kills and I had nothing to do with them. If you looked at every one of my kills, none of them have been a newb-ship, ever. You petitioned me anyways, and I have yet to hear from anyone about that, you may wanna re-petition.
All the stuff about Sheffie I can't really stand behind, he was less than a week old and joined our training corp and left soon after... I believe 90% of his time in corp he was alone trying to mine or mission or whatever... He obviously didn't understand war mechanics, etc.
You also didn't mention that your little bit about Tank Morbid and his logoffski wasn't a logoffski at all.. He simply dc'd and you had your corpmate warp his Sleipner in to pop him before his ship disappeared. GF
Not even going to bother saying anything about your Oedipus Complex guys... certainly not worth mentioning, the few days you ever fought we didn't bother to come-out because the odds seemed to always be 4:1 in your favor. You immediately retracted once we found another corp willing to field similar numbers, though. Funny how that works.
Best of luck.
I highly doubt they aren't your kills. Your KB shows a ton of can bait kills in Chaven. Can baiting in a newb system outside the starter station is against the rules, regardless of who you bait. There are a lot of NPC corp newb players dying there according to your KB.
You have no problem breaking the rules which is funny because you guys were telling me my griefing is against the EULA which it is not.
He really CTD'd? He never logged back in. Funny how that works. I mean I CTD every now and then and I always log back in at some point. Usually immediately.
Seems to me he panicked. Of course no one knows for sure, but given you and your friends sheer amount of smack and stupid moves, I highly doubt it was a CTD.
http://vengascendent.griefwatch.net/?p=kills&iname=Auliax&mode=solo
nope, not one. I know it's important for you to believe everything you've written here because it seems your entire being depends on it so I won't continue, but I will say with 100% certainty:
TRAPS is a complete non-issue for VI and VA; continue the war forever if you'd like. They all play Euro times and you play US times. I will also mention that the reason they won't go neutral is because it's funny that you're spending so much money to continue the war. VI has no intention of actually focusing any logistics around TRAPS because they don't consider you any sort of threat.
Ok, even if those aren't your kills, you might not have posted them.
There are kills like this....
http://vengascendent.griefwatch.net/?p=details&kill=191
A Typhoon against a 2 day old player in a Magnate. Can baiting in a newb system. Nuff said.
Maybe you should pick on somebody that actually know how to PVP? I can't really understand how fun it is to pick on clueless noobs. It's like beeing a 200 pound guy that kicks a 50 pound guys ass and is prowd about it :P
Or like an educated person correcting someone on the spelling of the word "proud?"
anon strikes again!
Ion most of the time while i played you couldnt tell who knew how to pvp and who didnt. They all claim to be pvp gods or at least know what they are doing. Then they shoot off at the mouth about how they are defenseless miners when they start to lose to TRAPS. Heh my vindi got a mention, yah hoo! That was one nice ship while I had it and wasnt afraid to use it for the wars.
you and flashfresh made me go pirate... and i never looked back since.

MOAR STORIES \o/
holy jesus, put a warning on the first part because I just read it all and I spent a good hour doing that.
Everything you said about pve corps is true. I TRIED to join good ones and the war thing happened to them all and I was like: "Wtf, arent you playing eve? It doesnt matter that you change corps, that is part of the game. DEAL WITH IT."
Honestly I think the surrender fee is freaking low. ONE mining ops and those fuckers can get 4 times that.
Keep up with the entertainment please ;)
Awesome story! Need more of them to kill the time! I've never thought that kind of gameplay would sound so good to my ears :D
