I was casually sitting outside the Uitra VI Moon 4 station in my Drake when I watch a Hurricane undock from the station. I haven't had any action in a while, and I'm always up for a friendly duel so I strike up a conversation with the Hurricane pilot to try and get one together. He agrees but he tells me that he has corporation members in need of assisance 5 jumps over and so he won't duel me until he gets back.
After he tells me this bit of information he asks me to help him. I of course understand the rules of aggression, but I decide to tag along anyway. 5 jumps later I'm sitting next to a Hurricane, a Rokh, and the offending Harbinger. I open another conversation with the Harbinger to talk with him a little bit. We decide to strike up a deal: the Hurricane pilot will pay me 30 million ISK to 1v1 the Harbinger and kill him, and the Harbinger wants to kill the Rokh and Hurricane. The Harby pilot also informs me that he has remote repair sitting on the gate ready to come in and help him.
I tell the Rokh to drop a container and I jettison one as well. After the Harbinger takes both containers, I begin shooting him and screaming for help. The Rokh begins firing and is quickly shot at by the Harbinger. The Rokh's tank is almost gone, so the Harbinger begins firing at the Hurricane after he engages. The Hurricane is quickly dispatched and the Rokh closely follows. At the end of this engagement, the Harbinger is left with about 25% of his buffer tank and plenty of loot on the battlefield. Once the engagement is over and the Harbinger pilot begins warping away, I'm left with 30 million ISK in my wallet and 80% of my tank left, so I decide to engage him, continuing the promised 1v1 we had discussed earlier. All launchers engage, drones deployed and engaging, and his tank is dropping.
He launches his drones against me but to no avail. He begins leaking atmosphere in to space shortly after I engage and soon after himself and his crew abandon the Harbinger in an escape pod as it goes down in a ball of fire. He had decided that to disengage soon after his tank had been destroyed, but had he continued shooting I would have surely been killed. I quickly call my drones back in and grab all of his loot as well as 4 of his Hammerhead II drones. I warp back to the station with 30 million ISK in my wallet and 10 million ISK worth of modules to sell off. He was running some very nice tech 2 pulse lasers as well as tech 2 Scorch frequency crystals and Imperial Navy Multifrequency crystals.

He was a good sport and we ended up becoming friends after the engagement. Nobody from either side smack talked the other and we all had some fun in PvP, although I don't know about speaking on behalf of the Rokh and Hurricane pilots who ended up in their pods =P
