User submission (comment on a thread)

I was checking through my logs and saw a comment notification on http://www.eve-pirate.com/index.php?/archives/177-When-Pirating-Pays-Off.html
which I just thought was very good. So I took the liberty to post it here as a user-submission (remember that all comments posted to threads on eve-pirate.com may be freely used by us ;) so dont complain!)

Yes your quiet correct, your standings were set to +10 and I'd just spent several months in various alliances way out in 0.0, so a little blue + didn't set off any alarm bells, ooops!

I'd uncloaked to launch probes to scan for several ships I had on scanner, when you warped in. I did say in local "good take down" and welldone as you'd completely nailed me - I was so unsuspecting :P

I'm not bothered about the covert ops as I'd had quite a bit of good fortune myself; 2 days before I'd observered an offline POS and made note of the owner's corp, the same day a guy enters the system from that corp so I warp 40 off the abandoned station in my trusty buzzard (cloaked of course) and watch his mega and another person (newb corp and acc) sat there for 5, then they both warp off. I sit there for a full 30 minutes before the mega pilot came back into local, this time he comes to the POS in an iteron mk5 and proceeds to unanchor the station!

I sit patiently for 25 minutes (it was a small station), and warp back to a station, get in my raven and outfit with 3 sensor boosts and 3 disruptors, then warp back (I'd made a BM 15km's behind him in the covert ops) and proceeded to nail his iteron + Pod (I didn't want this guy back in 5mins with his mega before I'd pinched his POS!!). Cool I thought, but then checked his indy can and proceeded to find a months worth of POS fuel and 3 local hull conversions - ACE!!
