UPDATE: Yeah I changed the title to petty tricks. Appearently CCP doesnt consider insta:ing to items within a POS shield an exploit. Oh well, guess I'll just go with the "petty tricks" title for now.

News reached me that Phoeniex Alliance had hired merceneries to try and drive us out of their systems, nothing that really bothered me much. However later that day I also got news that P-A members had warped into our POS's who were set to only allow alliance-members into the shield, friends I have inside the P-A alliance notified me of the bragging of how they destroyed 6 of our industrial ships with part of our POS fuel.
I will not go into detail of how it was done since it's possible that it'd be considered an exploit, but it has to do with a "feature" that allows you to warp in as a POD and getting inside the shield and board ships for a microseconds before the shield bounces you out again.
If it's not considered an exploit by GM's this article will be followed up with an extended guide on how you can do this yourself. Hey! Lots of riches being made where people have ships under protection of POS-shields.
Killmails of our own sentries shooting the industrial ships have been attached. Hopefully someone will be looking into this, but in worst we will carry on as before. Bring up more haulers. It's not really a permanent blow to us, just a delay in our progress.
I've not named people before in this alliance war, but this time I will.
The involved pilots who in my eyes abuse an obvious exploit: Kathleen and pegalito.
Even if GM's dont consider this an exploit I sure as hell will. It's funny how ships inside a POS shield not near the entrance (or boarding range) can get boarded. Of course P-A claims they did not use any exploits and it was our fault. Yet I've not heard any explenation of how it happened, just the same "It's obvious how it happened and it wasnt an exploit. You were just dumb noobs!".
But then again what leaves me to believe the boarding of these ships werent done properly is P-A's past practises of what they themselves call "borderline exploits".
Examples: Dishing out a ton of drones just when battle start and pull the drones back in during long range encounters simply to lag out the fleet which warp in. Another example I've seen is naming cans in high-sec as the same name of a pilot then attacking their own can leading the pilot to believe they are attacking him since the system message is very similar to as if you yourself got attacked.. the list of petty but allowed tricks goes on.
What I find hilarious is that they state "honor" as a trait they all share in their corpation description. Well, I dont see honor in using petty tricks that should be outlawed but arent simply cause it's a practise by many until enough POS owners whine about it.
Later the very same day I saw these pilots in our claimed system in a pod, possibly trying to repeat the trick with the Sniggles managed POS's.
Appearently they are worried about losing their systems and as futile last resort takes to these "tricks".

Interesting. I hate ppl that use exploits (legal exploits or ortherwise) as for mercs. I am only considering them for use aginst main corp of rogues corp that seriously out mans us 3 to 1. or to perform a surgical strike aginst renfri seductive, the solo player of that corp that keep interfering with our one man nusance. I cant call a war aginst 1 player to be a war.

If GM's consider your methods to not have been an exploit. That's fine, however your desperation of having to use border-line exploits over and over is starting to amuse me.
If they did exploit, I sincerely hope they receive a lengthy ban!
It’s not borderline anything, its plain ordinary taking advantage of a noobish R.I.S.K mistake, I can't be any more direct without spelling it out for you. And the fact that I even need to, makes this so much funnier in alliance chat.
We apparently over estimated your intelligence, this should be a given, but its not and I am stunned and amazed. I realize your new to the whole region invasion stuff and setting up POSs, but some things are basic knowledge, read the manual ;)

R.I.S.K constantly hiding from all fair fights must get boring after a while so I guess making up stuff about PA is what keeps you busy, and thats fine too, I just expected better from you guys I guess.
Combat drones got the name for a reason, they are meant to be deployed before combat, as they are not much use after its over.
The loss of your haulers was completly legit and totally not exploit related. So do you have any more of these imaginary PA explots?
What use are combat drones when your enemy is +100km away.
And dropping them just as enemy enters the grid, that's the kind of borderline exploit you resort to.Funny it hardly ever works and you end up losing a couple of battleships as you run in 20PA vs 8RISK fights.

In the poping of the haulers there was no insta warping, no bookmarking, no exploiting, no mili-second boarding, nothing even close to the crap that has been spewing from your noobish mouths.
