I feel sorry for PA whose main fleet is in 0.0 at most of the time hugging their roids. Now we can attack their people in highsec and without losing sec-rating!

Whats the advantage of a mutual war?.. I though only difference was no war costs.

I thought one side had to surrender but never having actually been in that situation i dont know.
