This movie is a compilation of some material from the Sniggerdly gatecamp in Amamake this weekend.
An interesting note was that over a thousand kills were posted to the Sniggerdly killboards that week.
I can assure you, this is exactly how it's like.
Waiting for lock-lag , seeing things get killed before you are able to lock it.

So this guy in high-sec watching a cohorte of pods uncloaking and warping from the gate asks in local, "Snigg?!? What are you guys doing in your pods?"
Shamis said, "Amamake gate camp deployment."
The guy asked, "Really? What's going to happen?"
Shamis said, "Well, we're going to kill five hundred carebears and one NPC."
The guy exclaimed, "Why are you gonna kill a NPC?!"
Shamis turned to Griffinator and said, "See, I told you no one would worry about the 5 hundred carebears"

Gate Camps are part of EVE life, if you could travel everywhere, without risk, where would the fun be? Or the fear inducing sight of many ships as you exit warp.
If you don't like gate camps, avoid low sec, or do one better, gather an armarda and kick its ass *Or make them leave, either works*

Geez. You'd think that people going into 0.4 and below at least do a quick check for pod kills in the last hour on the map.
"Hmm, 50 destroyed pods in the last hour. I better go in and check out what's going on"
