Well i have been pirating a little while now, so i have some experience.
This day a caracal flew into my homesys.. so i think will he have the nerve to stay after i logged in..
I waited for ten minutes checking my scanner and he wouldn't leave. So i take my "Tiger in a Shell" and go for the belts...
When i'm in the last belt i see him fighting a NPC i locked him scrambled him and orbit him @ 500mtr..
After shooting my t2 autocannons i killed him in less then a minute...
So the conclusion, it's not safe to hunt npc in 0.3... Yarrrrrr.....
