First Kill.

It's been a good 2 months or so since I started playing Eve. Most of the time I've been doing missions and ratting. I had just started my own corperation where alot of my real life friends have joined and we've been having alot of fun just messing around. But recently, one of my friends cousions recently got his account reactivated and was telling me about his days of pirating. I decided I wanted to try it out so I bought an Atron, a good fast ship, and headed for Thelan. I started searching the belts and came across a Rifter and a Covetor working on some mining. The Rifter was busily taking out a rat and the barges drones were assisting. Knowing that the drones alone could easily over take me, I proceded on to the next belt where a lone Bantam was mining by himself. My heart starts pounding so hard I could feel it in my back and the nervousness I felt as I hit my afterburner was overwhelming. As I entered an obit around him I hit my two blasters and my warp scrambler and clicked target, not knowing if his buddies would come to help his shields were gone within seconds as was his armor. Knowing then that I had already won I finished him off quickly collected his loot, a Miner I and a Miner II along with some expanded cargoholds, and hurried to my safespot and waited down the timer. This has been the best time I've ever had with Eve and I think that this is a new beggining for me.
