Upon warping to a gate I met a pilot who attacked me in his taranis.
I jumped through uncertain of if he had any friends nearby.
I waited on the other side for the signs of an activating gate but it remained silent.
Upon consideration I decided to go back. I got targeted by him as soon as I uncloaked and returned fire.
I was using light ion blasters II's and so was he.
We were soon both into hull but I was able to repair some of the damage to stay up when I noticed my cap was out. My guns were off and I didnt do any damage anymore.
"Dang?", I thought. Wasn't my energy vampire running on the enemy? What went wrong? I shouldn't have emptied up that fast.
That's when it hit me, I had activated my microwarpdrive instead of a webifier.
*sigh*
Sometimes when you think you are going to win, you wont... sometimes it's simply cause you're bloody clumsy.
Lesson to self: Turn off your microwarpdrive when you arent using it!

Meh, always had a problem with spam and the serendipity blog system.
Ander, I would make it so that you have to register to comment, otherwise you end up getting loads. I at one stage was having to delete about 300 spam comments before they put in the login system on the blog.

why not just move the MWD out the way of your combat modules, that way you wont make that mistake again in a hurry.
