The Not So Great War

I don't answer. Instead I try to find him as the week progresses but he eludes me for the time being. So tonight I log on and see he's in the same system as I am. I start poking my ship into each station looking for him. He's in the first station I go to. So I sit outside a bit and chill. About 10 minutes later he undocks in a Raven. So I trade in my Thorax for my Dominix. I sit and wait at the station again. A few minutes later he comes back and docks before I can do anything. I continue to sit and wait for him. He undocks moments later, but he has a few WCS fitted. I so refit to compensate for his choice of modules. I invite him to my gang and he accepts. I proceed to warp to him and disband the gang. It brings me to another station. He's docked once again. Again, I sit and count the stars as I wait for him. He undocks and this time, he is fully warp scrambled. However he once again docks without shooting at me one bit. So at this point he wants to talk it out rather than fight. I enjoy roleplaying so I indulge myself a wee bit. The conversation starts in local chat. A few people familiar with my exploits chime in with some witty banter. We take it to my favorite channel, IHATENEXA. There we share more words. He asks how we can end the hostilities betwixt our corporations. I give him 3 options. He makes his choice..... I immediately retract the war and cease all hostilities. Never let it be said I don't keep my word with actual players. It's only the macroers that I will fuck over when making a deal. Score an 18 million ISK profit for nary a shot fired by either side. Not exactly how I like my wars to go, but it does fill my coffers so I can continue my exploits. Now to find 3 new corps to war dec and raise my total to 4 active wars.
