Call to arms! or well... to servers!

Greetings fellow eve-piratians.. or just angry victims of pirates. You may have noticed that during the past few months the site has run really sluggish and at times felt like flying an occator V with 5 cargo expander II's on. What? You dont know what it feels like flying one of those? Okay well.. neither have I, I've just shot at them... but they seem really slow. I promise! I never flew one of them... Anyhow, you might've noticed the donation-bar to your left and that's what this is all about. We've raised 200$ from a sponsor through the banner ads (1 year period, wont show on the donation bat), but we're still short $1475 to order our new PowerEdge 1950 to replace our PowerEdge 1650. In comparison a PowerEdge 1650 and the PowerEdge 1950 is like comparing a thorax to a Vagabond. The difference is just too great! If everyone is willing to chip in we can do this much sooner, otherwise I'll put out the money needed by the end of this year or the beginning of the next. I'm happily paying the bandwidth tab every month so that's not the problem. But I'd really appriceate any help at all to get a bit closer to this goal. Even $5 is enough! We're also open to accept any hardware donations. If anyone has an old PowerEdge 1850 just gathering dust we'll happily take it ;) (Ship it off to us in Sweden!) Now, I've put off putting up a donation-bar for so long. But it's starting to get unbearable to edit posts and visit the site at times. Dont worry, all of the donations will and your names will be etched in a hall of fame list which we'll publish with a permanent link. Heck, I might even inscribe the names to the chassis of the server. Also, the 350mill ISK donation we recieved will be sent to zapatero. We've a winning entry which will be published. It's so good that Zapatero even said we might get the final page if nobody else is better.... I think it'll be hard to beat our entry... it's just so good!
