So I was minding my own business, on my way to amarr to check on a elusive war target. i checked the local census as I passed through each system, as is the custom these days. Upon entering Unefsih, I spot a lone pilot, Wetumpka, doing god only knows what. I've been working diligently on improving my scanner skills, and thought this might be an excellent opportunity for a locate attempt. After scanning two planets' belts, I found my Brave Pilot's Caracal ratting in the first belt of the third planet. He was entirely oblivious, and didn't notice my BC rocketing toward him from 30km away. I locked him right at 20, and he was scrammed immediately. I set up a tight orbit as I got in webber range, locked him down and turned on the Nos. He didn't acknowledge me until I launced the Ogres.
