This has been a busy few weeks for my corp. We have been getting into all sorts of trouble. Everything from killing our Russian enemies to continue the fight to avenge Apollo Creed, to ransoming carebears in high sec for hundreds of millions, and even taking down 2 medium POS's (with a bit of help of course).
Stay tuned as this story will have a ton of action, lots of laughs, a plethora of pictures for people to peruse and ponder. You will see ships die and pilots cry as a supposedly passive carebear CEO is unmasked to show their truly evil pirate side. Who says pirates are the worst scum in Eve? Not me, that's for sure.
So grab a can of long-limb roes and a cold Quafe and feast your eyes on this one..........
Now being a CEO, he should know he has a responsibility to his corp to help them, to protect them and to make sure the corp thrives and prospers. Unforuntately he does none of that. Actually he's never done any of that. How do I know? Well all his corp members ended up filling me in on the gory details of how he has fleeced billions from unsuspecting new players.
Yet for all his intelligence and cunning, he sucks at basic math. How do I know that? Let's analyze this as we go along. Just before the latest war started, I gave him the offer of paying me a quick 150 million ISK to avoid all conflict. What do I get in response? Nothing. Zilch. Zip. Goose egg. So of course, I start the war.
The first day of the war starts with a bang. I head out to Parses and see there are about 8 CAES guys in local. However, I am in my Thorax and my corpmate Jami is in his Crow. Not exactly a deadly combo vs. 8 people, even if they are carebear-ish and not overly skilled at pvp.
We were sitting outside Parses on the Parses SG. In warps Madgerkill in a Ferox. He hit's the gate and warps right over. We follow and proceed to pummel him.
Now he probably would've won had he not tried to shoot the Crow. :) Instead he went down in a flash. Upon opening his can I was reminded why I enjoy war dec'ing his kind of ilk. These guys tend to have tons of cash cause they rarely lose ships since they never PvP. He had a bit of T2 and faction goodies for us. Unfortunately a lot of them poofed.

I love how supportive his corp was as they just let him die. I am sure a few of them were afk, but several of them were talking in local prior to us warping in and again after we had left.
Avera was there and perhaps suspected a trap of sorts since she undocked her uber Raven but didn't bring it to the tussle. She promptly redocked it for the evening.
A little later though we ran across one of their corp running a mission in his Raven. We caught him at a gate but he warped out as he hit structure which left us to kill one of his corpmates in a Thorax backing him up.
I was still in my Thorax and my corpmate was in his Domi and we only had 2 points of scram between us. So we need another point of scrammage on him. This posed no problem as I quickly docked as he safespotted. I refit and added a 2 point scram in addition to my 20k scrammer.
He regens his shields up and heads for the gate with us hot on his tail. He gets ahead of me somehow but his luck ran out as we crossed the next gate. I uncloaked 4k from him. :)
His WCS worked against him as well. He probably should've been able to pop my Thorax with his Raven since I was almost 2 jumps ahead of my corpie in his Domi. So I had to sit and tank his Raven for a few minutes. The WCS killed his range and lock time.
At that point I had to log for the evening. Later that night though, my corpie snagged one of them in a Hyperion fitted with T2 and faction gear.

That guy lost about 400mil on that kill alone. We also snagged a miner in a Retriever who happen to have modulated strip miner 2's fitted and popped another guy in a Manticore. Ok, lets do a bit of math here. The original surrender offer was 150 million. At this point, they've got a retail loss of over 500 million. Not a good start for them if you ask me. Keep in mind too the loss of income because they ain't mining or missioning.
The next day wasn't their day either. They lost 2 more battleships. One of them was nice enough to go afk next to his wreck in his pod for me.
Now that I see they refuse to bargain and are now pretty much holed up in a station or at their POS's in Upt, I decide to bring a bit of help in. I called on my friends in Final Vendetta to help dismantle the POS's. The Final Vendetta guys are a class act. Friendly, affordable, and hard workers as well. They're even recruiting at the moment. Take a moment to view them in action. If you hire them, be sure to tell them I sent ya. You will get a great deal. :)
The war continues as does their smack talk. I was camping the Raven pilot again, only this time in my Myrmidon. I had to go AFK and TCB. I get back to see them taunting me. There's three of them in the station and just lil ol me all by my lonesome.
I see Hirez has his Raven, I am betting he is Maxistabbed(tm) along with Redmage in his Rupture and Kuzzi who was logging in and out for some reason. I undock and lock the Rupture.
The Rupture lasts as long as an ice cube on the ground in the Sahara. He was nice enough to stick around long enough for me to pod him as well.
Just as he pops the other guy undocks/redocks in a cruiser of some sort. Now it's time to focus on the Raven since it's 1 vs 1 and the other guy is too afraid to undock.
Just as he gets into structure he warps away! 3 WCS FTL!!!!!!
Oh yeah, I wanna play alright. Hard to play long with those who fit more WCS than missile launchers though.
The next few days finds us hanging with the Final Vendetta guys. As I said, they are a nice bunch of guys. I had fun bullshitting with them on voice comms and in chat.
As they were busy restricting CAES members from coming and going into Upt and putting the first POS into reinforced mode, me and my guys were busy mowing down CAES at every turn. One night I spy one mining in Parses. So I jump in and land right on top of him and he promptly warps away. At this point, I need a ship with 10 mid slots cause these guys are flying all stabs in lows in everything they fly it seems.
I bookmark the can and warp to a safe spot. There are 2 CAES in the system. Into the belt warps a Thorax and a Moa. I warp in to engage.
Of course as soon as they saw things weren't going their way, the Moa warped out into structure, and the Thorax did the same a moment later.
Now there are 3 of them in the system and I am by myself again. They refused to engage though and permadocked for the evening.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!INTERMISSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't want to bore you too much with CAES. :)
Just prior to all of this we got war dec'd again by Privateers. I still don't get the reasoning behind it, but ok. This time around we did a bit better.
Then one night when there were no war targets to be had I ventured into low sec to belt hunt. As usual all the systems were empty or everyone was docked. On the way back to Tash I see some guy mining Kernite in Paye. I head to the belt and swap the can. I wait for a few minutes and he leaves. I safespot next to the belt. He comes back in a Raven. Then I decide to try something and exploit this guys probable lack of PvP experience while he is on tilt from having his ore ganked.
I sit safespotted for a few more minutes and warp into the belt just as I got about 30 seconds left on my timer. The Raven isn't there!? WTF! All of a sudden, he appears out of thin air and locks me and fires......after the timer was up!
Concord was nice enough to come help me dispatch the fool.
Concord got my back!
Let's see what Santa brought for big daddy shall we? Hmmmm.....
He was a good sport about it though. He even sent me the killmail!

Though before I tell you about another, I was docking in Tash and see a war target undock in a pod. Talk about bad timing.
One of my guys has the fortune to constantly run into rich people who seem to suck at fighting. Miko somehow gets a Raven to engage his Domi....
The guy loses miserably but is willing to pay a hefty ransom.
He runs into a guy flying an Raven. He ransoms the guy for a cool 95 million.
We decide to war dec his corp, The Intergalactic Mining Federation as these guys all fly nicely fitted ships and have paid him several very high ransoms already.
The war doesn't last too long though since none of them bothered to log on and haven't logged on much since. I did manage to catch one on autopilot in his Drake.
Afterwards, he quits the corp in disgust........
Speaking of dumb things to do, how about this guy, Rex Estebar. Miko takes 100k ore from his corps can and in he flies in his Navy Issue Apoc filled to the brim with T2 and faction goodies. In warps a Geddon and Drake to help him out. 3 vs 1 in a battle to the death.
He lost quite a bit on this one........

Just the other night Rex offers a 1 vs 1 to Miko.

Ok, we're almost back to the CAES crew's imminent destruction. Though I have to update those of you who read the last story I wrote about that Russian pharmer corp. If you look at my last story you will see they have found my story and posted in the comments section. I laugh that they get all pissy because I kill them in Eve yet they are newbs, but he invites me to play IL Sturmovic 2 because in that game I would be the newb and he can have his just desserts. Too bad I play BF2 and not IL2. :)
Also it's too bad I am fitting enough points to scram these bastards and make tons of cash off of them. I snagged an Itty 5 headed to Jita...
I find me some nice goodies inside......and decide to offer him some friendly advice.....
Even Russian carebears have failed math. I asked them for 150 million as well. They have lost a lot more than that. I really laughed when I found a new member of theirs flying missions in his Drake. He was fully stabbed up. He was new to the game but they had trained him to fit 4 WCS while flying from system to system, then to dock, refit for the mission, and reverse the process to get back to the agent.
So I go and fit a full rack of 20km scrammers to compensate.
Quite a rich newb......

I laughed when I looked at his employment history. He had joined their corp just a few hours earlier and he immediately takes a 100+ million loss.
They really surprised me though. They scored a few kills against us. Apparently they had a few of the people who originally defected from their corp come back for vengeance. They ganked a BC of ours and had a nice 6 vs 3. They had a distinct advantage having a Raven, Domi, Harbinger, Drake, Hurricane and a Caracal vs a Domi, Omen and a Ishkur.
We went out for revenge today and popped one of their Drakes. The memory of Apollo Creed has not died folks. We will carry on the war in his honor.
On a side note, I encourage people to harass macro miners as much as possible and kill their Caracal/Drake/Raven whenver possible....
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!END OF INTERMISSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok back to the CAES guys. I was in Upt and they were trying to be sneaky or something. They were going on and on in local trying to pass off some bogus intel for some odd reason as if anyone would believe them.
At this point it's way too late. The POS sieging has begun!
The sad part is during this whole time Johar'an went on a little vacation. He was gone most of the time we beat down his corp and put his POS's into reinforced mode.
I found it interesting that his corp really didn't seem to like the guy much. Their favorite question to me was the same question that is favored by every carebear out there, "Why?!?" Here's my response.
[ 2007.03.16 15:53:00 ] Nexa Necis > ask joharn

[ 2007.03.16 15:53:26 ] RedMage > you know as well as i he just milks the noob miners
It's starting to become apparent. This guy Johar'an basically recruits a shitload of new miners and feeds them lies. He uses them for his own gain. He care's nothing of the welfare of his corp, he only cares about making ISK off of them according to his corpmates.

He's saying that there is dissension in my corp for warring them. My guys were having a blast killing them daily. Unlike Johar'an, I keep my corpmates up to date on what's going on. My guys know I will back them up and do my best to help them whenever I can. For them to say crap like my corp hates me for dec'ing them is plain retarded.

He takes advantage of new players spinning a tale of riches and excitement when all he delivers is hours of mining in low sec so his coffers runeth over with the hard work of the innocent newbie miners. Sure you could say we're pricks because we're killing said newbie miners, but at least with us, they know what to expect. We're not leading them down the primrose path to the poorhouse.
It becomes obvious why no one is working together in the corp to help each other. Everyone is spread out doing their own thing because they are not finding what they really need or getting what they should get from a large corp based in low and high sec.
They are down their mining/research POS. It has gone kaboom. BPO's for everyone! Muahaha!
Johar'an might be getting a bit annoyed now. He starts threatening the Final Vendetta guys, even while he's on the ropes.

People like this crack me up. All talk, no action, cep't from their mouths.
I have to say I really enjoyed sticking it to these guys. Most of them deserved it. I especially liked watching them huddle inside the POS as it slowly relented to the endless barrage of missles, lasers and projectiles hurled at it.
As we were dropping the POS, players started fleeing the system right into our gate camp.
They took a severe beating from us and our friends in F-V.
A lot of them have quit the corp so far.
At this point they have lost a lot. 64 losses of ships/pods. 2 medium POS with all the trimmings. Let's recall again what I asked for as a surrender fee. 150 million. In ships/mods/pods/insurance alone they have lost over a billion. Then you take the POS's into account and you're talking another couple of billion, plus the crap left inside them, plus they can't mine or mission worth a damn because we're chasing em down like crazy.
I even found one guy last night and popped his Retriever with 2 modulated strip miner 2's. Another 100 million down the tubes. Then I found another guy in his Retriever with plain T1 strip miners.
He wasn't pleased about getting popped. He was so unpleased he undocked and killed one of my guys ruining our perfect kill record on them. My guy thought he could solo a Brutix in his Rupture. He was wrong, but his heart was in the right place.
I offered him a 1 vs 1. Myrm vs Brutix. He accepted on the condition that I leave him alone a while, and I not loot his gear or salvage his wreck. I agreed.
Things weren't going his way tonight. I had to give the guy props because he showed more guts than the rest of his corp for the most part. No stabs, no retarded smack talk. Though I did giggle a bit when he begged for mercy. Though I highly doubt he would've shown me any. He certainly didn't show my corpmate in the Rupture any mercy.
There was a small misunderstanding about podding but I apologized for not being clear and paid him enough to cover any insurance. He didn't have implants because they would've all been blown up when I podded him once his Retriever popped.
Still, I left the system as promised carrying none of his loot, nor salvaging his wreck. Yes, we here at TRAPS do honor our word.
Too bad Johar'an doesn't keep his. I am being told by his corpmates that he is not buying back the shares he sold them at the agreed upon price. So people are losing money. He is once again off from his computer and considered AWOL by his corp.
These are the kind of guys you need to beware of. The kinds who are wolves in sheep's clothing. The ones who leave their friends in a time of need. The ones who prey on the innocent when they least expect it. At least when we attack them, they're given fair warning. To me, this guy is a corp scammer and a ripoff artist. A shyster. A flim flammer and con artist. A grifter. A cheat. A scoundrel. You get my drift.29 Comments
Wow.
You told us you were working on this story two days ago. Now I see why!
5 months of waiting made this cold dish well served.
Hats off to the FV guys! Nice chaps, good work. Heck that video makes *me* want to join you guys! Thanks again.
6 vs 3? Yes, why not.
Yesterday you did not want to fight 3 vs 2(you have thrown the friend)... but you killed Drake, 3 vs 1. :)
Nexa/Ki An...How many accout are you have? Is it game or heavy work? :)
I LOVE YOU! :D This was a great story! I realy enjoyed it with a big grim smile on my face!
Keep up the good work and justice around Tash! :)
"We decide to war dec his corp, The Intergalactic Mining Federation as these guys all fly nicely fitted ships and have paid him several very high ransoms already."
OK. I can understand why you do this. But please get off your moral high horse from now on, you just forfeitted it. You guys are cool, and all, and I enjoy the stories, but cut the crap and stop pretending its all about honour now.
Enimaq, what are you talking about? I never said all our wars have something to do with honor. Plenty of them have to do with relieving weaker corps of a few hundred million. The part you quoted makes it clear it has nothing to do with honor and everything to do with profit.
So please fill me in where I say it's all about honor. The part I mentioned about honor in this story referenced the fact that this corp was saying my corp doesn't honor 1 vs 1, or ransoms and basically are a bunch of thieving liars, yet they have no proof at all. No names, no logs, no screenshots, nada.
Red Rodgers ppl, keep fitting 4 stabs in your lows, cause it helps us more than it helps you obviously. Also keep doing logoffski every time you're about to lose. That's 4 times you've done it and 4 times you've died.
Also, don't even talk the numbers game. I camp you guys alone on a daily basis. 1 vs 1 never happens unless I catch you at a gate. We had you 4 vs 4 the other day and you all permadocked and logged.
Jealous?
Very interesting stories, as always. I had the pleasure of seeing you and some of your guys in a battle not too long ago, and watching local was quite amusing.
I have to say, though, that you have one failed premise when you conclude that Johar'an isn't good at math. I think you've demonstrated that he is very good at math indeed. He has one of two scenarios:
A: You wardec him, and he pays 150 out of corp coffers to insure that his fleecable minion fleet doesn't lose money (and he continues to make money from them). Will you be back next week for another 150?
B: You dec him and he goes AWOL for a week. Logs back in shortly before the war is over, cleans the bank out and moves on to start screwing a new set of people in a new system with much more money that he started with. Worst case, his alt gets his ill-gotten gains and starts the scam over again.
Sure, he lost a couple POSes, maybe a ship here and there, and was generally inconvenienced. But if he would have paid you 150mil up front that was money out the door, an actual "loss". Yet none of the things he had cost him anything -- not even the POS. So all his shit is free since he's conned newbs into working for him, and he's faced with the choice of paying out some of that or not. That he chose to not pay is surpising?
Thinking he'd pay up to do the right thing to protect his non-pvp corpies is giving that bottom feeder far too much credit.
BR--A lot of people give that type of excuse. "If we pay you, what's to stop you from dec'ing us again?" or "If we pay you, then a million other corps will come dec'ing us for payment."
In theory I guess it seems plausible. However, I have yet to re-dec any corp that has paid the surrender fee. I have yet to have any of those corps get dec'd by anyone else for the same exact reason.
Your second option I think is the more likely one, however, I am on to him and will make sure everyone else is too.
"Also keep doing logoffski every time you're about to lose."
It is lie.
"We had you 4 vs 4 the other day and you all permadocked and logged."
You have more experience of PvP(we are not) and your characters are more senior(we are not).
What to you it is not clear?
I find it quite interesting how you preach morals but when attacking a corp who blatently can't defend themselves, coupled with the worst ceo the world has ever seen you persist. They asked you several times to leave you alone in return for money, if you were as morally vindicated as you so often imply in your posts you would have accepted this offer.
Red Rodgers, it is not a lie. You claim your internet connection went kablooey. Sure, one time, I could believe it. Two times is pushing it. Three times and it's official. Four times and it's standard operating procedure.
I like your new tactic of calling in other corps to help you with remote repairing. Too bad they lost their Domi and you guys all lost your T2 fitted ships. :)
I don't blame you for docking, it's just when you call my guy a coward for not engaging a Scorpion, Drake and Hurricane in his Myrm, yet when the numbers are even or just slightly in your favor, you run.
You had a 5 vs 4 with my guys yesterday. You lost and no one logged, so good fight to you. I wish I could have been there though, sorry I missed it.
To the rest of the people who cannot separate the layers of this story and break it down properly, war, for the most part, is not about honor. It's not about whether or not people can defend themselves or who has more cash, bigger ships, more skill points.
When I speak of honor in this, and many other stories, it revolves around the other corps calling us liars, cheats, hacks, whatever.
I make no pretense we sometimes end up dec'ing weaker corps for profit. If you accuse us of that, I will never deny it. If you accuse us of logoffski, not honoring ransoms or 1 vs 1's, or honoring any agreements we make, then I would take issue, just like I did in part of this story.
As far as leaving them alone, why would I? They were constantly saying how they didn't care about the POS, how they all had a few billion already and they got their cash made from it, etc, etc.
So when you have 5 guys saying they got billions and offering you 100mil to leave 4 billion worth of their gear alone, I wouldn't take that offer seriously. It's more of an insult in my book.
Freaky, this is exactly what I am talking about. In a number of your ports you've said that you don't re-dec a corp when they've paid surrender. But, it seems, it's ok to fleece the members of a corp time and again, and then decide that since they're happy to pay ransom, you'll dec them for good measure to try to screw them out of another 150mill.
I have no problem with the fact that you do this for profit. It's a difficult thing, to fund yourself by pvp only, and good on you to try. I can't be bothered to read through all your posts again (you're one of the more prolific writers :P ) but you often say you won't pass on good ransoms to other people, or people who are good for a surrender fee. But apparently it's ok to keep beating on people with ransoms and wardecs?
Like i said, just tell it how it is. Cut out the morals, and just tell the stories, and I'm sure nobody will have any problems with it :)
Outstanding piece. Screen shots look much better too - upgraded hardware?
My regards to Jamikest, nice to see the dude in on the action.
Even Flow
Enimaq, I don't think we're on the same page here. Honoring surrender fees and accepting them are two completely different things.
It's like if you've ever ransomed a guy flying a 50mil ship with 100mil in mods. You ask for 40mil. The guy cries a river how he can't afford it, please oh please all I got is 10mil. You take the 10mil and see him the next day in a T3 BS with full T2 and faction gear.
He negotiated a surrender fee, it was accepted. Did he have more? Hell yes. Obviously. Did he want to spend more, no, of course not.
So, yes I did offer 150mil at the start of the war. Once my offer is ignored/refused/whatever, all bets are off.
When their own guys are bragging to me how much cash they got, and it's supposedly in the billions, them offering 250mil is an insult as I have said.
Yes, we will fleece this corp until a surrender is paid. Now that we're not bartering with POS's at stake, 150mil would be acceptable. Don't expect people to take 250mil on something that's worth 20x that, especially after you've smacktalked them and called them names constantly the week prior. Plus it can illustrate to future opponents how tenacious we are.
EF-Actually same system, just enabled AA. For some reason it wasn't enabled a while ago. Running a AMD 3800 x2 CPU,OC'd a smidge, 2 gig OCZ Titanium RAM and a BFG OC 7900GTX 512mb Video Card. I play 1280x960 with all effects maxed running several accounts and get no graphics lag.
Thanks for the compliments on the story too. We had a ton of fun with this one. We still are actually. I got a nice mini-story prologue to this I will post very soon too.
"Red Rodgers, it is not a lie. You claim your internet connection went kablooey. Sure, one time, I could believe it. Two times is pushing it. Three times and it's official. Four times and it's standard operating procedure."
You again say lies. It was only few times. You never used earlier logoff? :)
"I don't blame you for docking, it's just when you call my guy a coward for not engaging a Scorpion, Drake and Hurricane in his Myrm, yet when the numbers are even or just slightly in your favor, you run."
Yes... There were your 5 guys on a gate in the next system. 6 vs 3...
"You had a 5 vs 4 with my guys yesterday. You lost and no one logged, so good fight to you. I wish I could have been there though, sorry I missed it."
You tell that logoff it badly... But you use login trap. :)
It was only a few times? How many is a few? At least you're admitting it now. Personally, since you've denied it the whole time, now you admit to doing it a few times, you've lost credibility.
6 vs 3 more like 5 vs 3 at first then it turned to 6 vs 4. Zodbg, White Nazgul, Flink27 and Snezmy=4. :)
We never use login traps. We might hide a system or two away but when the odds are fairly even, there's no need to use them. I am not saying we wouldn't entertain the idea of it, but we have never, ever done it. Plus login traps require you to be in that sytem before the targets get there otherwise you would suspect something was up, and personally it's too much work and we have different play times so it would be quite hard to pull off.
Considering you never undock when outnumbered and you always seem to check the systems for us before engaging. We know your alts so we can spot your spotter. So a login trap isn't a realistic tactic for us, especially against your corp since you stay in the same 3 systems 24/7.
Honestly we weren't expecting your russian cohorts from that alliance to come in and remote rep for you.
I wasn't there at that fight, but I was told your Drake pilot was 150km from my guy who MWD'd to him and engaged. A login trap is a bit more useful in a stationary engagement because you'd still have time to disengage when you see local fill up with additional war targets.
So at this point, I don't buy your side of the story. You've lied on all your posts. So unless you start posting some screenshots and such, I don't think many will believe you.
I agree we clearly aren't on the same page.
I have repeatedly said I'm not criticising you for farming ransoms and surrender fees or whatever. Good on you if you can find the targets for it etc.
It's just that you've said before that you wouldn't entertain passing on the info for other people to do it, because that wouldn't be right. Do as I say, not as I do? There's clearly no use in trying to press the point with you though, so fly safe, have fun and keep up the good stories. :P
Very nice setup. I recently upgraded to something similar and couldn't believe how much of what I thought was lag was actually on the client side.
I still think you would be doing yourself a favour if you stop using words like "idiot", but I was very impressed with this article. You obviously had a lot of fun generating all that great material. This was your best writing and story-telling to date, and the awesome presentation must have taken forever.
Yeah we had fun with this one. This week should be interesting as someone in my corp decided to war dec an alliance without warning, so there could be quite a bit of action to be had. Or we could just get killed incessantly. :)
Great story nexa =D
Haha, I helped Mik get that navy issue kill, remote rep ftw, and the original battle plan, and the spotting of it. Hats off to you guys, nice job.
"It was only a few times? How many is a few? At least you're admitting it now. Personally, since you've denied it the whole time, now you admit to doing it a few times, you've lost credibility."
You have not answered my question. Did you never use logoff? :) Simple question.
"6 vs 3 more like 5 vs 3 at first then it turned to 6 vs 4. Zodbg, White Nazgul, Flink27 and Snezmy=4."
Snezmy is dealer.
"We never use login traps." Hmm... It seemed to me, that BlackBird used it in last fight.
"So at this point, I don't buy your side of the story. You've lied on all your posts. So unless you start posting some screenshots and such, I don't think many will believe you."
I do not see, where I have told lies.
In one of your "story" you mentioned Raven, but then it was not a raven, it was Scorpion.:)
On a place of people I would not trust pirates. :)
No, we don't logoff, we fight until someone dies. Logging off mid-fight is what weaklings do because they panic or think it will save them. It's a tactic for people afraid to die.
"Snezmy is dealer." That makes no sense to me sorry.
Sorry to break it to you, they did not use a login trap. It's called hiding a few jumps out.
You are a liar because you said previously you guys never did logoffski, you claimed it was internet problems. Now you admit you did logoffski a few times. That's what most people call a liar.
As far as me confusing a Raven with a Scorpion, that's not unusual and I certainly wouldn't call that a lie as it really has no bearing on the overall story.
Good to see you joined that alliance and promptly ran 40 jumps away.
Good write-up Nexa, I enjoyed the read. To bad our little 2on1 fight didn't go as planned. My corp-mate had neglected to fit a armor rep, and I knew that my pittiful PVP skills wouldn't hold up to you in a 1on1, even with us both in Rax's, so I bailed. Of course, it would have been nice of him to let me know he was warping out...
I will say though that you did force me to learn quite a bit about PVP, and I'm actually glad that I had the experience. Sure, it hurt the old pocket book, but at least I feel that I can defend myself slightly better now. Of course, there's only so much a Battle Barge can do. ;)
Have fun with Jo.

P.S. Shame that Hornster didn't lose his Dread while working on the 2nd POS. He doesn't know how close he came to flying home in a pod, heh. But, alas, murphy law strikes again.
A wonderful story of EVE-action and warfare at it's best. Got more than just a few giggles while reading your epic saga:)

I am Nexa's alt now? I'm not sure if I should take that as a compliment or an insult. *pokes Nexa*
As for the "login trap", well if you call sitting on a gate in a neighbouring system for half an hour, reading the forums, downloading some porn, poke your navel, and then misreading your corpmates cries for help in chat a login trap, then I guess that's what it was.
Me (Megathron) and Ba'Rumph (Blackbird) sat at the same gate, and Ba'Rumph actually came all the way from TMP first, so we certainly weren't logged off in the system.
Anyway, it was a great fight. 4 BCs and a Domi vs our 'thron, myrm and ishkur, and no losses on our side, I'd say the fight ended pretty well for us. Good fight though, and hope you have fun in your alliance.

I really enjoyed reading this freaky. Good writing! mde me laugh a couple of times aswell :)
Although I mostly carebear-hug missions it's always fun to read a good pirate-story. The world of EVE wouldn't be the same without the not-so-law obidient ^^
Guess there's a little bit of a pirate in me wishing to come out xD
Keep up the good work!
ahahahahahaha awsomeness XD =] This makes me wanna fight D2 more =]
