When I got to the belt the Drake and an Inty pilot were there. The Inty warped out and a Caracal warped in. I locked the Drake but much to my dismay, he targeted a nearby miner instead and fired on the innocent person and he was promptly Concorded. I easily disposed of the Caracal pilot.
Much to my surprise the Caracal had a slew of the best named launchers that survived the blast, meaning I had just recouped my cost on the lost Taranis. Now you think they might call it a day and let sleeping dogs lie seeing as they just lost almost 50mil in ships and mods. Do they do this? Of course not.

We don't stack on our Kilboard like some corps do. It's something I would kick a person out of the corp for. So I log for the evening. I take a quick screenshot of their corp info before the war goes into effect.
So we are about to dec this corp of 118 people who are based in low sec. .4 space out in Keshirou. I hate that area. I've run into countless corps that end up running there when we war dec them. Why is that? Well, because there is an alliance out there who protects anyone based in that area. Sev3rence is the alliance. Mostly I had run into the Ironpig corp during prior war decs. Watch what happens to them and their friends later in the story. The Ripple Effect reaches far and wide.

So now they can't use the excuse, "Leave us alone, we're only miners, not PvPers!" Obviously these guys are fighters. Some of them even have a negative security status! One guy even had a 100 million bounty placed on themselves. That dude must do some serious asskicking. Considering how many people seem to hate me, and I have no bounty at all, this guy must be a real terror. His name is Batossi. Of course, there's always the possibility they put that on their themselves, isn't there? :)
The war dec vote ends and I go to initiate the war. It says it will cost me 4mil ISK. I was like WTF! It should be only 2mil. I take a peek to see who else has war dec'd them. It turns out it was the merc corp Repo Industries. I started thinking, who would hire someone against them? So I convoed the Repo folks to get some answers. Mind you, they had dec'd us some time ago for reasons unknown. I've seen them work in the Tash area, they're quite efficient and they definitely know the pvp business.
I strike up a convo with the Repo crowd and we agree to work as a team against a common enemy. It turns out they dec'd Zion not because they were hired but because one of their members Marexas went to insane smack talk mode against one of the Repo guys. Bad idea on his part. The Ripple Effect is about to go into Tsunami Mode.
Repo has us beat by about 12 hours when it comes to the war starting against Zion. So we outfit our ships to offer remote repping/boosting/transfer services. The first guy I run into is Gandof. He's outside my station in his Maelstrom. I relay the info to Repo and they come out to play with him.
They make quick work of him in their Myrmidon and Typhoon. Poor guy. The Ripple Effect claims its first victim in a major way. They're down about 200mil and the war is a few minutes old. This does not bode well for Zion.
A little while later Yussef get's to feel The Ripple Effect. I am not sure why he engaged us, as he was outnumbered and overpowered but he did nonetheless.
We keep patrolling the systems from Tash to Keshirou and find a few more targets.
We popped Batossi. Mysteriously he went from a 100mil bounty to a 15mil bounty in the matter of an hour. He's so badass, the minute someone "claimed" his bounty, another "person" added another 15mil to him. Nah, he couldn't be adding the bounty himself just to make him look "cool" now could he? :)
Then, some of the Repo guys headed out to Kesh to hunt Zion. They ran into some of Zion's babysitters in the Sev3rance alliance. The Sev folks didn't fare to well in that encounter. They lost an Apoc, Domi, Myrm and a Absolution in that fight. Half a billion in loses to protect a corp that calls people fags and niggers. I was in Kesh one night and one of their members quit and just went crazy then quit their corp.
I mean, I guess I understand why they protect the area, but at least maybe ask a few questions as to why this corp has incurred the wrath of two different corps within hours of each other. I guess they don't mind being the unwitting pawns playing protectors to people prone to propagate personal attacks of racial and sexual natures. For Pete's sake, Zion isn't even in their alliance yet they allow them to roam freely in their secured area, free from attacks and danger. Why? Who knows?
We keep on hunting them. They are easy targets. They think that spreading out from the Kesh area will help reduce their losses. Sorry. We have no problem doing a bit of legwork to make a point.
Gandof loses a T2 fitted Tempest. Poor guy. The sad thing is he has nothing to do with cause of the war whatsoever. Yet he is paying a hard price for Yussef and Marexas' actions. He also lost another Tempest to a Repo hunting crew. He lost a Maelstrom and 2 Tempests with T2 gear in 24 hours. He almost lost a 4th when Repo probed one of their mission ops. They did manage to kill a few Drakes though but Gandof got away for a change.

One night there are a crowd of Zion guys in Kesh so TRAPS and Repo form a gang and go a huntin! We encounter resistance from other friendlies in the system.
None of them are prepared to tank sentries properly and about all of them die. I really cant understand why people who have no business butting in do so. TRAPS at least stays focused on our targets, meaning if were in low sec, we usually don't bother other people unless agressed first. These guys out here are all gung-ho to help save Zion no matter the cost.
I had to laugh though because a little later, Sev and their friends brought out a few dreads and carriers to setup gate camps for us.
Meanwhile, Yussef is still busy talking shit and just flat out lying about us.

It is becoming increasingly clear that TRAPS hired Repo industries. When I asked the CEO of Repo they said they were doing it for fun. When I asked another member of Repo they said they are doing it because someone from ZION (and they couldn't say who) smacktalked. It was obvious they were lying. IMO after Repo is done with us we should continue to war dec TRAPS. They are known as being weak by SDF.

I was told when talking to one of the Repo guys that the reason for this war was someone talked crap to someone from TRAPS. I checked my logs and they were right...it was me. Allow me to give this as a disclaimer though: they were ore thieving one of our members and after we killed the thief and she talked a little smack I got really pissed and went off. I mean Ore thieving and then laughing about what noobs our gang was cause a member lost a ship to her later was just too much.
Still I shoulda kept my mouth shut like I usually do. I do put most of the blame on them as I am sure they are more then happy to go to war with newer corps whether they have a reason or not, but I was the catalyst for this war.
Anyways I leave my punishment up to leadership. If you want me to leave I understand.

I'm sorry for my role in the starting of the TRAPS war though I have a feeling no matter what you do in this game...war comes to you eventually. Im gonna move on as it's clear the corp is falling apart. To our war opponents some of you seem like honorable folks. At this point continuing this war against newer members and miners and haulers seems like an excersize in cruelty on your parts so I would ask you walk away with the nice bounties you've received and call it a day. Your choice of course.

Then Aegiss Knight decides to run 20 jumps away and hide in a dead end system to mine. Again, I have no problems with hauling my fat ass 25 jumps to pop someone.
I swear he was AFK. He sat there not moving with his drones out. He insists he wasn't AFK. I do like his answer better than my AFK theory though.
They are taking a severe beating between us and the Repo people. They closed their forums even.

So far their total losses in one week are over 2 billion ISK. That's just from the fights we were in. There were several encounters where it was just Repo guys so they caused a ton of damage to them as well.
My favorite kill so far had to be the one I missed out on. They caught a Raven pilot hauling all his goodies. 600+ million in one shot. Ouch!

As it stands right now, our war will continue with Zion. I have spoken with their CEO, Zionshad. He is trying to make amends of this whole thing. He seems like a nice fellow. We are in surrender negotiations at this time, however, that does not mean the hostilities will cease of course. They continue until the money is in the bank.
I thought I would give you an update on our other wars. Remember Red Rodgers Stars from this story?
They ran and joined the Stain alliance. Though they still like to do logoffski. In the comment section of that story about them, they denied that they would logoffski. They claimed it was internet connections. Then they finally admitted it. Here is another shot of them in action.
Notice how Hari Rama's capsule is on my scan, yet he is not in local? Yeah, I am a liar alright. I made up that they logoffski every time we fought. Uh huh. :)
You might also remember Caesarri corp from my last story. Their CEO Johar'an and his RL friends pretty much stay docked nowadays. Though they did have a few active stragglers who wandered off in search of adventure.
Take Verzeder for example. They are not the brightest person in the world. I mean who would set up a trade route through Tash where your enemy is based out of? Why on Earth would you mine with Modulated Strip Miner II's in Tash? Go figure!
She lost 2 mining barges, 4 Modulated Strip Miner II's, 3 Badgers, two of them had 3 Expanded Cargo Hold II's and all three were filled to the brim with trade goods. She lost almost half a billion and she is still in the corp. Why?
Then there was Muyin. A smarty mouth who liked to talk shit while we were taking out their POS's. He ran 20 jumps out to mission. We went and waited for him. What does he do? He logoffski'd while cloaked.
Wanna know the funniest part about it? Look what he had in his bio just prior to us engaging him. Also, look at his corp title!
Commander of Combat Operations! Too funny. I wonder what his commands would be in battle. "OMG!!! THEY HAVE A BATTLESHIP!!! WE ONLY HAVE 3 BATTLESHIPS! LOG LOG LOG! I REPEAT LOG LOG LOG! CTRL+Q FTW!!" Looks like I picked the right gate that time motherfucker. :)
I camped him for hours but eventually I had to sleep and he logged in at some point and immediately left the corp. That's a real winner for ya.
You also might remember Cleksha from that story. He was the guy who stepped up and had a 1 vs 1 with me. I told him he needs to quit the corp or we would keep killing him. I gave him a break for 3 days and didn't bother hunting him.
Does he listen? No. Does he die? Yes. I warped in on him and popped him while he was mining again. He went batty on me. He kept begging me to pay him back. I was nice enough to not have my guys hunt him for half a week. I told him to quit the corp. It's his fault he didn't listen.
So I know how greedy he is and I wait for him to undock his last combat ship. His Myrmidon. I was in my Thorax. I figured what the hell. It's worth a shot.
I like how he had sentry drones mixed with regular drones. Quite interesting to say the least. He even had rigs fitted on that sucker. I didn't have our private chat up while I popped his Myrm. He went from begging for me to replace his Retriever to complete frustration. Notice he was even asking me how to quit the corp. He didn't know how to get out. Poor guy. He's still in that corp!
Again, I have to chuckle at the bio of these people.
He should change it to, "Space Beggar-Beg Hard, Dock Hard and Die Begging! How long can you beg?!"
There's another Caesarri member who is Johar'an's friend in RL I am told. Avera Mianti. Their bio makes me laugh as well.
She harbors no fear huh? Funny when my two corpmates stumbled upon her in a system, she immediately docked and never came out. The next day a corpmate found her again. He was in his Myrm and she was in her Raven. Again, she stayed docked and refused to come out and play. She harbors no fear of her enemy? I should petition them for putting such lies in their bio!
Oh, and remember the Sev3rance people who enjoyed interfering in affairs that were really none of their concern? Well our friends in 0utbreak decided to join our friends in Repo to show why it's usually best to mind your business in the affairs of war.
Chalk up one dead Moros. That's a nice 2 billion loss. All because they tried to flex on people who had a legitimate beef with another corp that malingers around their neck of the woods.
Now Repo has war dec'd Sev3rance and I expect Repo to kick some ass. I can definitely recommend them if you are looking for a merc corp to deal some damage to people in Empire space. Quality bunch of guys there. Props to the 0utbreak people and to everyone else that helped drop that Moros.
We've already got our next target figured out. It's the same group of corp defecting, self bountying, smack talking people from Zion. Looks like they've formed a new corp and given themselves a fresh set of bounties!

The reason Nexa hasn't written more about the fights we lost against you is because we didn't lose many. I count two, both of which where ganks of 7-1 or 7-3. Not much to write about really, but he did mention them in the last story.
Xenobytes haven't really made a good impression on me during our war with them. I camped two of them in a station, and they didn't seem to want to fight. I guess courage only comes to them when they outnumber their opponents more then 2-1, eh?
So, have fun in your alliance. If you want to fight us, you can have the alliance dec us. That way you can show how much of a man you are, and we don't have to pay anything. Could be fun ;)

You all continue to lap up Freaky (aka Nexa Necis's) Stories like they are something truly worth reading.
But we in Rule of Three have been watching Nexas progress in EVE with amusement, thats not good amusement but a kind of pathetic one.
Here we have a woman (oh yes we know shes a woman, even what she looks like) that to other pilots appears a dedicated fun gamer but the truth is Nexas apparent motivations are borne solely from the fact that she is desperately unhappy in her real life, she is also very angry with men, and she reasoned out with herself that as the majority of players in EVE are men she can punish them this way, that is why she removes from herslef any semblance of equality with eve veterans like old big groups, those of us that pull the strings.
If you read her stories you dont have to doubt she has a brain, nor that she knows what she is doing when it comes to fighting, but her continuation in need to mock, belittle, abuse and generally insult other players whom she has come across in game beggars the question "what anger does she really have inside herself?..." Also she takes great pleasure in destroying peoples lives in EVE which again beggars the question "...How unhappy must she be in real life to channel her rage this way?..."
Ultimately shes actually pretty stupid and shes started to piss off a lot of ppl, old gamers who dont like the status quo so trodden on by such an upstart. By the time theyve finished with Nexa she'll be wondering where her favourite account went let alone her character...
Id consider your future moves very carefully Ander and put a leesh on that puppy, you might not even have a website if your not careful...

Couple of things:
1. yes it's a bug, from after the rev 1.4 patch AFAIK - the default overview settings had inty's, covert ops, and recon ships deselected, so check all your installations before heading out to battle.
2. Shittake, or portwolf, or whoever you are - get a grip. It's just a game, and there's really not much point making RL threats against 3rd parties. Threatening Ander would be, imho, one of the more stupid things you could do from an in-game point of view.
If you don't like what Nexa writes, then don't bother reading eve-pirate. More to the point, who are you to try and dictate how one person chooses to play the game. And don't forget, for all that war dec's are a pain in the arse, they are a valid form of game play.
I'm not a pirate, but I get a kick out reading this site. I find Nexa's stories generally well written and entertaing. I've been on the receiving end of various corps mentioned in this and previous stories, including being attacked by a TRAPS player recently, but that doesn't make me want to get out the smack-o-meter and crank it up to 11/10 just because things didn't necessarily go according to plan.

It was a bug since the latest patch. A guy in my corp died to a crow right after the long Tuesday DT. He mentioned it, and everyone found that those ships were unchecked from the overview settings.

The only ships that I hadn't ticked where pods and shuttles but somehow it managed to not have them.
Manually targeting an inty with an mwd, speed rigs and possible a snake set is tricky.

I work for an ISP. We speak to people like you all the time. You accuse the Eve-pirate folks of something that we called "keyboard courage", but as far as I can see you're the only one making threats. If you were standing in front of us, I'm sure the conversation would be different.
I'm not sure how this got so personal, but what you and your "client" need to realize is that this is just a game. The stories and comments on Ander's site are an extension of the game, and there is no reason for real-life threats. What you (or your client) need to understand is that the game is set up in such a way that you can make friends and enemies, but the "enemies" part should never bleed over into real-life.
Another good example is the SHC forums. There are wars and rivalries happening all over the Eve universe, and sites like eve-pirate and SHC are places where people from both sides discuss, and even joke about battles, win-or-lose.
I hope that your post is a joke. In case it's not, consider that this is all just a game. Also consider that there is no such thing as anonymity on the internet when physical threats are made and authorities get involved.
And freaky, speaking as a former war target who lost several ships to Nexa and co. (in-game of course ;) ), nice story as always :) Was this RL ripple effect planned?

We ended the war with Zion corp. Their CEO convoed me and seemed to be a nice enough guy. We worked out an arrangement and all is cool with us.
However, the new corp we dec'd Dark Side Marauders are pushing smack talk and lies to the limit. Wait until you see my story on them.
You're gonna swear I am making this up when I post it cause you wouldn't think it possible for a entire corp to sit and smack talk for hours straight with no one else talking to them!

Yes, my ex-corp had something with Nexa, and yes I know what she and her corp have been doing. Well maybe we have something personal as well.
But see, Eve is only a game. In reality we are a bunch of people who play the same game. You should not hate someone just because you lost a game to him /her. If you can't get over that, you really need to grow up.

Hey, glad to see you here. I don't watch this site very often, but it's interesting to see my name up there. sometime it's just nice to see things from the other side.
Eventually, there are some misperceptions on your side. I'll share my side of the story:
1. Verzeder
Please don't say bad things about her. This Japanese girl is probably the nicest person in that corp. Granted, there were some language barrier involved, but she always tried to help with the problems she could solve. Also I'm pretty sure I saw her smile face ( "^_^") more often than others'. What really impressed me was that she even made a speardsheet including all the systems, sec levels,number of roid belt, type of ore....etc. for the miners in the corp. Although I don't do mining at all, I think that's really something worth mentioning consider the effort and time invested.
She's staying probably because of their traditional culture. Not long ago, companies in Japan never fire their employees unless they make serious mistakes, and the employees never leave the company until their retirement. Leaving in the middle has been seen as betryal. Of course that's not the case today. The economy of Japan has dramaticly changed since the East Asia Financial Crisis in late 90's. Now firms in Japan pretty much operate in the same way of their western world counterparts. Still, Verzeder could be a traditional person, but that's only my guess. I can't speak for her.
2. Muyin runs 20 jumps out for mission.
Well, no. I've been doing lvl 3 in Charra before and after the war. The corp is called ministry of assesment. They have several lvl 2 and lvl3 agents in the same system, and I think that's the only place I can do lvl 3 outside low sec. You can still find me there today if I'm farming missions.
3. The title
Joh assigned the title and there was no way to get rid of it. Actually there were 3 or 4 of us got this "commader" title. Unduru, the guy who lost the Hyperion(sp?), tried to lay off the title right of the bat, but the second day he logged on, it came back to him. He tried again, and Joh gave again. So we just lived with it. There wasn't any combat op on, what's the commander for? and 4 of them? whom to command?doh
4.The Bio
I'd assume you are hiding something here. That bio was writen the day (or two days) before, when the POS was down but I was still in Ham/Vezila. I logged on and saw you in system, and we actually had a talk. Eventually you sat at one gate and wanted me to engage, but I left via the other one. That's why I put "you are camping the wrong gate". Now I suspect you saw the bio first and got mad, and then decide to camp me the day after ;P is that true?
5. Muyin left corp right after logoffski
Well, anyone who has changed corp knows it's impossible to do it. You need 24 hours before leaving the old corp. By the time you took those screen shots, it was already more than .30 hours after the removal of all my corp roles. The decision wasn't made on that day.
Two days earlier. Corp member down to 50 from original 49, almost all the actives were gone. Then Johar logged on, which was rare in that period. He gave no comment on the fact that most people had left, niether did he announce any plan for the future. So I asked, and his reply gives no surprise. He also deleted most of the corp mails to "remove clustering", those includes the discussion we had as the war progresses. It makes obvious that the members who had been away for a while won't know what was going on when they come back. I think it's time to leave.
I was planning to leave way earlier before the war starts. The reason is irrelevant, so I'm not going to state it here. When the war started, I felt immoral to leave my corp when it's during trouble, so I decided to stay until the last day of the war. However, appearently something was going wrong and Johar wasn't doing anything to stop it. By normal logic, when a corp is war dec'd, you either surrender or fence off the invaders. Johar just disappeared leaving no roles to the members. We had fancy titles but we can't refill the pos or even reload the ammo for defences. Later we got to know Joh was busy in RL, so I'm not going to blame him. yet it's fact that he wasn't doing anything to stop it. I had fun and precious memories in that corp, but that's how and why I left.
I'm not going to talk too much about the 'logoffski'. I live in LA county, my ISP is Charter. Go check it yourself if you are interested. :)

Been a solo pirate in appentice since the day I left CAES.
1. I didn't say anything bad about Verzeder. I just said it makes no sense why she stays in your corp. Like you said, she doesn't speak English that well, she doesn't participate with anyone it seems as she has always been alone whenever I've seen her. So she stays in CAES and loses a few hundred million every week or so. It doesn't make sense to me.
2. I am aware that you had run the missions prior to the war. My point was, you tired of the war and went back to missioning which was very far away from Upt/Parses area. Meaning you deserted your corp in a time of need.
3. I realize you can't really help what title you're given, but I had to point out the irony/humor of it.
4. Same as #3. You had it in your bio while sitting in Ham for a few days IIRC. Again, it's more for the irony/humor aspect of it. No, I don't get mad over bio's, and no I didn't decide to camp you for making it. Once most of your corp had quit, I sought out the targets who were not near Upt, meaning you and Verzeder.
5. According to your corp, no one had any roles other than Johar. Everyone can have their own opinion on this one. Though this coupled with the logoffski make it hard to believe tbh.
6. As far as talking shit, I have to defer to my corpmates and or FV peoples because the info was second hand. If it's untrue, then I apologize. Unlike CAES we don't just make stuff up. I know several of you talked some shit to the FV guys while they were taking down the POS's.
7. Yes, I believe you did.

As far as the logoffski, I don't think anyone believe a word of that. You logged while cloaked. You were in the system before us missioning, repairing yourself at a planet and such. You only seemed to have "internet difficulties" when you warped into a 2 man gate camp. Funny how that works.
PS---Solo pirate? Funny, all I did was see you go back and forth between Tash and Bhiz the last few weeks after you quit the corp. Post a killmail or two would ya? Because your sec status is the same since the last time I saw you so if you're pirating, I would expect it would be much lower than it is. :)

2. Before the war, I don't go to Upt that often compared to some other members. When I left Upt, I was the last one left there. Pos was gone and ppl had left, and even you guys don't enter the system that often anymore. After talking to some locals, what I did was taking some pictures and waving good-bye to them. Your assumption that I was 'tired of the war' is understandable. However, if I stayed and ran around in my tackler fitted interceptor, wouldn't you say 'that makes no sense' again?
3/4 Actually this part is the highlight of that little paragragh about me. If I missed someone, could you point out who was the one left Upt later than I did?

I'd like to thank you for posting the comment and the image of my toon, though your facts are not entirely correct in that particular statement. The bounty on my head was initially posted by a pirate I podded, then a corp mate thought it would be funny to raise it, though I don't find it all that comical. As for the people in my current corp being smack talkers, that is incorect. None of us were involved in the episode that caused the war between TRAPS and Zion, and none of us wish to partake in the war you've declared on us. All we wish to do, is mine and run missions and be left alone.
