The Best Fight of My Life.

Gentle Glide·

To start, i was quite tired at the time and had just traveled about 16j on an alt. So i warp to a .5 stargate in my Piratethron to camp, i am -5.7 at the time. In my sleepyness i jump into the system, Reisin. As i realize what i did i wonder if ill make it out so i approach the gate and hit the MWD, battle ensues.

I am instantly locked by the fleet and they begin to take me down, traveling 500m/s from my MWD i get the first web, then the second, third, fourth. I am moving 6m/s with the MWD on, which is very difficult to run along with my active armor hardeners and the LAR2. Slowly but surely they are overcoming my tank and im running out of cap charge 800's. I get within 200 meters and the end is in sight! But then disaster happens... Out of cap charges, it has to reload. My MWD, LAR 2, and all hardeners shut down and im traveling 4m/s and am in structure. No damage control.

The cap booster loads i hit it hit the MWD, LAR turn my resists on and were back in buisiness. Amazingly i get within 2,500 meters of the gate and spam the jump button as i am in 34% structure. As the gate flashes i celebrate, i dont care if there is a 300 man gang on the other side i survived concord! My hands were literally, shaking. The adrenaline was so high in my system that i couldnt sit down for a second.

I realize it was short but that was an.. interesting experience.

not really, you survived the fleet at the gate. concord is a different story. if you really did survive concord then dont boast about it thats a bannable offense. CCP doesnt like people surviving their concordian pets =/

hmm, I think I might try a little navy-shooting on the test server to see if I can get to the gate before I go pop.

They don't mind if you survive the Navy or Concord as long as you do it legit, not going to post it but there are some well known and not so well known ways to avoid em.
