We got word of a Covetor Mining Barge that was mining in a low sec asteroid belt. We quickly assemble at the gate and get the location of which belt he was in. We all jump in, and head straight for the belt, but when we arrive we find we are 48km from him. I hit the afterburner on my Assault Frigate and speed toward him to try and warp scramble, seeing we had no Interceptor pilot I was nominated to tackle.
He starts to line up to warp out, I watch as the distance closes, 35-32-29-28km. Only needing to reach 20km to be in range. But its too late, he warps out. One of our pilots notices he headed for a planet, we warp there but nothing, this guy has evaided us, so it seems.
Our pilots scan around, then pick him up around one of the other asteroid belts. Ander warps into one belt, nothing, Xanatures warps into another, there he is!! I drop out of warp near Xan just in time ot see the barge warp out to another belt.
Xan notices that hes heading straight for the belt Ander is in and gives word for Ander to stay put. Sure enough, the barge warps in. Ander is straight on him, NOS'ing and warp scrambling so there is no escape. Myself and Xan jump in, then start taking care of Serpentis NPC that was gathering, cant have them claiming our prize.
Negotiations begin between the pilot and Ander and we successfully manage to get a 15 million ISK ransom from the guy. On recieving payment, he is set free. Turns out that the same guy lost a Thorax to us earlier in the night and we had just hit him again, but, thats another story ;)

loL unlucky for him. He should of left low sec space after losing his thorax.

Tbh I welcome that he was so bold right to return after getting hit by you.
I would've make it half the price for him, or in that case pay 7.5m back.
