Sure we steal from you and kill you when you steal back from us. We don't sit there and go "Haha pwned your shit motherfucking nublet fag!!!!" or "Yeah suck that bitch!!!!". We would say, "Good fight" win or lose. That's pretty civil in my book. This is not civil.... You can argue that we're not sportsmanlike. I disagree. Once we steal from you we are flagged to your entire corp for 15 minutes. That's a fair risk in my book. If you kill us, we will say "Good fight". Again, civil and sportsmanlike. As far as honesty and integrity go, if we give you our word, you can be sure we will keep it. Whether it's a ransom/surrender fee, a 1vs1 or a contract for hire. We cannot be "bought". We had a merc corp that was hired against us some time ago and their CEO wanted to work with us to scam their client/our victim out of ISK by faking kills and such. No way, no how. Ask any corps if we redec'd them after they paid up. You won't find any. If you do, then they are lying and we will show proof of it and redec them to make it worth their trouble. :) These guys not only smack in corp, they smack talk on their killboard too. Of their 21 ship kills against us, there are 11 comments on their board. Let's take a peek. He thought he was safe in his safe spot while MWD'ing into nowhere while AFK. As you all know most of us have recon alt probers with maxed skills, so 22 seconds later, I had him. I had to MWD over 100k to get to him. Got his pod too. No loot really, just smack talk. So he can't take the heat and joins another corp Space Training Grounds along with a few other Space Borderline people. After he joins them, he sits and bumps us off our camping spots. So I email the CEO letting him know his corpmates are up to no good. After a few hours go by and Own and and another guy keep it up, I send the CEO a mail saying, they're dead men. He answers me the next day or so and acts as if he's completely innocent. It turns out he is friends with the Space Borderline guys as a lot of them have been in his corp in the past. He claims he had no idea about the war and no idea what they were doing and that the people responsible already quit his corp. I informed him if he doesn't pay up we will pay him a visit shortly. Ah the power of suggestion! Remember how Tiger and his alliance say we blob, and blobbing sucks and all our kills with us outnumbering them are for shit? Computer Crash. Now Dead! There's no pleasing these guys. Let's take a look at Tiger's power of rationalization, shall we? Out of 500 men, we've lost 50 ships (not 88 as you state), and from your 26 man corp, you've lost 12. Seems to me, we've lost about 10% of the ships we fielded, as opposed to your 45% loss ratio :) ROFL! If you look at our kb, we always post losses and wins. All of them. Their alliance does not. He even makes an effort to save their kill/loss ratio by asking the industry corps to leave and by kicking EMP out. Thirdly; EMP was removed from the alliance this evening. I still have every intention of fighting you, but I do not need EMP around at present. Their heavy losses are a liability. I distinctly remember him saying if he kicked EMP out of the alliance it would make him look weak. So going by his own statement, he is weak. He has no integrity, no dedication, and no problem using other people for his own gains. He acts all high and mighty for defending EMP, and he charged them quite a bit to join his alliance and enjoy the "protection" they offer, however he took the money, and once he realized that TRAPS would not give up so easily he kicked them out of the alliance without a warning and without explanation. How nice is that? How gallant is that? Can you imagine these corps in the alliance are charged fees to stay in the alliance. No, not the 2mil a month per corp charge that CCP has, it's whatever charge Tiger deems acceptable. So they're paying to stay in the alliance, they're getting 0 support, they're getting fined for dying, their alliance CEO says publicly that he is a dictator and no one else matters but him and his own corp. This is not Sparta but that is some madness right there. You've seem them claim that our kills are purely industrial in nature. They claim their kb is accurate. They claim we're egomaniacs out to kill indy corps to stack our kb. Yet they are booting their indy corps to preserve their ratio. I can only imagine what their true kill/loss ratio is overall. The other thing I noticed about almost every kill on their board, it's when they have other corps/alliances joined up with them. And almost every single kill with just their alliance has them outnumbering the people. Almost all of the kills are either gatecamps or ratters. Where's the challenge there? In essence, you're fighting people not ready for PvP. Sure you can claim they're are in low sec though and they should know better, but then again the same goes for our enemies since they get 24 whole hours of advanced warning. Here's one for ya. Me alone in a Myrm against a Brutix with a pilot almost 1 year older than me..... Think he posted his loss? Of course not. Tiger seems to like to quote numbers to go in his favor and make himself look good. I quote the numbers to prove a point. Tiger is great at smack talk but I am better at getting down and dirty with numbers. I'll compare myself and Tiger directly and I'll compare TRAPS killboard vs Crimson's. Tiger is a year older than me so he has more SP I am sure. Take into account here Nexa was initially made to haul ships to low sec for one of my mains who's sec status was too low for Empire. So Nexa's skillset is kinda mish mashed. They currently have at least around 400 members or so I think. We have 23 members. We have never had more than 30 at any given time. Usually 25 or less. Our killboard's first kill was posted on December 29th, 2006. Crimson's killboard's first kill was posted on December 12, 2006. Crimson's overall record is 943 kills and 367 losses. Our record is 1141 kills with 274 losses. I know for a fact they intentionally don't post all their losses. Stay tuned for the proof. Of their 943 kills, 547 of them are whats left when you minus pod kills and Inustrial ship types. Of our 1141 kills, we have 718 when you take out pods, shuttles, newb ships and Industrial types. Now let us get down to the nitty gritty of things...... Tiger has 132 kills and 0 losses. Bullshit anyone? Stay tuned! I have a 229 win and 6 loss record. Of Tiger's 132 kills, he has 86 kills not counting pods, etc, same as before. I have 125 taking away the same. So he says we don't 1 vs 1, we don't hunt alone, we pick on weak targets and all that? Lets dig even deeper. Of his 132 kills he has 19 solo kills not counting pods. Of my 229 kills I have 72 not counting pods. Let's take a look at his solo kills. I will list his ship first, then the other ship he killed. I will use a "," to show the other ships he killed 1vs1 with that same ship. For example, I will write Curse vs Merlin, Omen, etc. That means he took on a Merlin in a Curse and won, at another time he took out an Omen 1vs1. It doesn't mean he took them on at the same time. Make sense? It just makes it easier to list that way. Merlin vs Bantam Hawk vs Velator Curse vs Prophecy, Augoror, Flycatcher, Omen, Condor, Caracal, Merlin, Moa, Buzzard, Hoarder, Osprey Absolution vs Itty 4, Burst, Bestower Vagabond vs Shuttle, Hound, Malediction Where is the fucking challenge in that? Hawk vs Velator!? Wait, I thought he doesn't pick on defenseless people? I thought he helps the underdogs? WTF! To be honest, that is a piss poor solo record. None of those fights really could've even been close to a challenge. Maybe the closest would be the Curse vs Prophecy fight. Keep in mind too, almost everyone one of those kills he has solo and otherwise were against people not looking to fight. The majority of them don't have PvP fittings, meaning no scrammers. Again, there is nothing wrong with gate camping, belt pirating, station camping, etc. There is something wrong with it when you claim other people suck for picking on weak defenseless targets and in reality those are the only people you pick on. One of our members ended up leaving TRAPS due to playtime and scheduling issues. A Crimson player convoed him to ask about the war and stuff. My ex-member mentions that it looks lame that they stack their killboard. I guess you can say that the CEO can't force someone to post their losses. You could also say once the CEO sees that people aren't doing it, he can boot them from the corp. Tiger won't do that though. He likes high kill/loss ratios. Now the CEO should certainly be able to control his own posting of killmails shouldn't they? What say we take a look at what I am sure is a very small portion of his actual losses. 5 of those losses are from when his killboard was up and running. Funny. Maybe he forgot to post them? Maybe he's just a lamer who values his win/loss ratio over his reputation and character? Yeah, it's definitely the latter, not the former. Even by Tiger's corpmate in the screenshot there, Tiger is one of those random idiots. I also spoke with another higher up in UPAY, Tiger's corp in the Crimson alliance. I wanted to get her take on the whole not posting lossmails. So her and Tiger and Samisra do not tolerate losses? Guess what? Their entire fucking corp doesn't post them! Let's have a look at 11 more losses they somehow forgot to post! I love how Entyce, Tiger and Samisra are the ones not tolerating not posting losses, but they are obviously offenders here too. I am sure that is a very small portion of their losses they haven't reported. I liked this engagement because it's a totally fair and even fight, and they couldn't even score a single kill. I think they only posted 1 loss out of those 6. I decided to talk with Spyra Gryra about how they came to fight against Crimson. He said that Crimson decided to shoot at them even though they had blue standings to each other. He said all Crimson did was smack talk and complain that Spyra and friends "blobbed" them. Apparently "blobbing" to Crimson players means that the other side has more ships than them or more firepower than them. I guess another incident involved Shadoo keeping a freighter locked down for a kill and Crimson came in to interrupt the kill to save the freighter. Crimson loves to get mixed up in other people's business, don't they? I laughed at one of the comments made by the pilots who killed a Drake of Crimson's. these guys smack like hell, calling us blobbers and telling us we ran from them like little children. they deserve to die no matter what! Seems like they have been playing the same shit since before we came along. Everyone sucks cause they "blob", they smack, they cry, they whine and everything else. I especially loved the comments on their kill of Entyce's CNR. The feeling of utter joy of multiple orgasm after getting this smacking little tard was beyond words. God that felt goooood. so very very good, btw worst CNR tank ever. smacked that little smacktard in the face I like though that they even smack talk their "friends" in Sylph. I could post more solid details but that could give away our spys in the alliance. The nice thing is they even smack talk Sylph on their own killboard. LOL Maybe it's a sign they don't give a shit about you. Ever think of that one? While I was digging up Tiger's "lost" killmails, I found one I forgot to post it seems. The odd thing is I show a kill recorded at that time because we were in HED on a bubble camp. We killed a Tau Ceti Federation player. He apparently wanted revenge but couldn't have it so he decided to use his imagination and invent a revenge killmail! His name was Purplesnake. He posted his loss but I don't get why he made up a killmail against me. I just don't get people. If you look at the items fitted, T2 250mm rails and T2 sensor boosters, you know it's bullshit. Why? I can't even use those mods even if I wanted to. Busted motherfucker! Weak ass shit right there. Sore losers and liars it seems. Still the amount of smack talk out of these guys just amazes me. One night we probed out a mission runner in his faction fitted Raven. His alt was in an Osprey and decided to do the talking for him..... Well, the truth is we would gladly entertain a 1 vs 1 with him, but he just never asked. Go figure. You should've heard him a few days before. He's got mad heart and madder skills, or so he claims. One of the most gratifying kills was one TRAPS wasn't involved with, but it involved the original EMP guy who stole my cap booster 800, Ryoukoboi, and the REPO guys. Of course EMP never took action against the thief so he was still in EMP and out mining in his Hulk. I love that we got to read him crying for help and no one is there to rescue him. Nice loots too. Of course, since he was dumb enough to mine in a Hulk with several wars in effect against his alliance, it must mean that REPO are fags for killing him. He quit EMP shortly after that. We will be visiting his new corp eventually. Speaking of EMP, they surrendered to us last night. They did the right thing this time and asked the entire corp what they should do, pay or keep getting hunted. They opted as a group to pay. Tiger and/or one of his friends decides to try and make us look bad again by posting a lame epeen thread proclaiming TRAPS' victory over EMP because they paid up. You can read it here. Obviously that is not how we play. I think it's one of the former EMP members who defected over to a corp in Crimson after Tiger booted EMP. I say this because I have access to EMP's forums and saw the discussion on what their former CEO paid Tiger to join Crimson. So I am guessing the forum mods forgot to revoke access to a few people and they read it and decided to roll with it to trash EMP and make us look bad at the same time. Any normal person can see right through that post. We keep putting the hurt on these guys and they are retreating into their home area. Funny, I bet if we did that, they would have a field day with it. Stay docked?! Wait, I thought that was a lame way to play? Hmm, how about 5 vs 4 in their favor, in their home turf, in low-sec? They had a mining op going on and we busted it up. Think they docked to switch ships and fight? Yeah, it was bedtime alright. Can you fucking imagine if TRAPS said that one? The funny thing is, if it was bedtime why did they leave several cans full of minerals? Hmm.... Thankfully there are other people in the alliance who stay and mine and let us catch them in the act. Here we had a 2 for 1 special.... Dying Willow and her alt Dr. Jekyle took an expensive hit there I am guessing. I am willing to bet they had some nice implants fitted. Though the setup on that Muninn was pretty craptastic. T1 EANM and T1 med repper? Yowza. I love what she said before we ran into her though. Funny, I thought going out a killing war targets was a bit more un-pussyish than sitting and mining. Perhaps she thinks it's less pussyish to go AFK on a gate in an Eos with full T2 gear and rigs? Active war? Check. Mission complete? Check. AFK at a gate for no reason? Check. Lose 200mil worth of stuff and not firing a shot? Check. I will give it to her, it is un-pussyish to sit AFK at a gate like that. I think it's more stupidity than bravery though. My only guess is they had to take a massive dump and got caught up sitting in the shitter. The AFK theme is popular in this alliance. We caught a Pilgrim doing it too. We almost had him too. He docked just as he went into structure. Very lucky guy there. We found out one night they were getting a gang together in a low sec region to go out and hunt us, so we made a gang of our own and headed out to meet them. It was a very even fight, actually they had the numerical and ship type advantage. We caught them at the gate and they started to engage and they warped out as the rest of us warped in. We had a Domi, Myrm, Cyclone and Wolf. They had a Raven, Hurricane, Myrm, and I believe 2 AF's. I could be wrong but they did have more than and and we were very evenly matched. Unfortunately for them supposedly one of them crashed as we warped in on them, so when he logged back in he landed in the middle of us and we caught him. His guys let him sit there and die when really it was a 50/50 chance for either side to win. I mean I catch them redocking when it's a 1 vs 1 situation. You don't see me flipping out in local and you can ask my guys if I say, "DUDE WTF!!! THAT PUSSY BITCH JUST DOCKED UP! HOMO!!!" and rave that I am uber. I mean to me, there is nothing wrong with picking your fights. I was obviously outnumbered and outgunned one night outside my HQ. I tested the waters and it was a bit too hot for me. So I redocked. No smack talk, no complaining. Others decided to test the waters outside our HQ and got burned. We're on the winning side in that encounter. No smack, no hooting and hollering. Sometimes I catch em alone and win. Sometimes I catch them 2 vs 1 in our favor and win. Sometimes I catch them 2 vs 1 in their favor and win. I'd say a Megathron and Myrm vs a lone Domi is a fair fight. They both offered up "GF" which was a refreshing change from previous encounters with these guys. Unfortunately the Myrm pilot started bemoaning my Domi setup and the funny part was he had no clue about the NOS changes a few patches ago. Up for some funny behind the scenes chat? Hmm let's see what's on tap..... Dedicated CEO? No! Pr0n>alliance help? Yes! End quickly? Negative! Heard any good rumors? I hear that REPO is TRAPS' alt's main's mercenary corp. I also heard TRAPS and REPO buy ISK! Even though REPO buys ISK, they are having a hard time affording the war according to these guys. Smack talk an opponent you never met? YES!
